i don't get spending that kind of money on shoes, but i'm sure there are people out there that don't get me spending stupid amounts of money on video games, tvs, bourbons, dog toys, chili dogs, and niche workout equipment that i never use so to each their own i suppose
Ever had Ben's Chili Bowl? Its fantastic. It was so good I had to broker a deal with the manager to get a batch of no bean chili to take home. I froze it in individual bags and would boil it for dogs at home.
no, but i'm going to DC next week so i'll be making a pitstop :handshake: next time you're in Charleston go to Lewis BBQ and hit up the food truck outside for their take on Chili Dogs. it'll blow you away
These look like they could rip easily. I'ma be pissed if my $500 "boots" get torn when I walk by a sharp corner
Different kind of chili dog. It’s an up charge on the hourly rate. Look it up on urban dictionary for more details.
are you referring to the fact that some people are victim blaming the father for being in the crowd w his boy on his shoulders before passing out and the kid falling to the ground?
A lot of people don’t know this but skiedfrillet actually inspired a lyric in Jack and Diane. Mellencamp was walking out of Tastee Freeze and just saw him going to town on a chili dog. He was deep throating the shit out of it.
Interesting perspective here. I’ve been very curious about Scott’s role in security and safety at this event, and I haven’t seen it explained anywhere. Livenation sucks ass, and I’d love to see those fuckers pay.
or just the general notion of a nine year old being at a concert like this (despite the fact it was an all-ages event). someone here was well capable of saying that and I didn't want to hear that dumb argument. the only reason Scott is catching shit is because he's been caught on camera before suggesting people rush the gates and encouraging irresponsible fan behavior. the person with the mic at a concert yields an incredible amount of power to get throngs of people to follow their every whim and Scott used his power poorly. I don't think he's being solely blamed for it by anyone but corporations are faceless and he's a major artist so he's the magnet right now. I have no doubt when it all boils down that LiveNation and the venue will bear the brunt of actual costs when it comes to the settlements.
I think Chuck D’s point on that argument is salient - if he had such a known history, shouldn’t Live Nation bear more responsibility for hosting the show and being so unprepared?
I'm not sure if this has been posted before ITT but holy shit... at anyone saying just push back against the tide to get out of it.
I don’t know why I was under the impression he owned the event organization company. Whoever is responsible for putting on this event can get fucking fucked. Same with the Alec Baldwin situation. That production company can get fucking fucked. They should both be criminal investigations (if they aren’t already). The public should be able to see the emails and communication from the people who own (and any decision makers) these companies. What were they warned about? What corners were cut? Who gave the Okay for those corners to be cut. If the decision to cut corners was not made by the owner, who okayed it and is there a past history of the owner pressuring their staff to cut corners for profit. if that doesn’t involve Travis Scott, whatever. Just find the fucks responsible and fuck them as hard as the legal system will allow. Sorry I’m drunk and angry and my dog doesn’t speak English so it’s hard to rant to him.
not be confused with the virtual rollercoaster he was on in the arcade when he went to dave and buster after the concert
responsible or not, it’s incredible that he just went to dave and busters post concert to play cruisin usa and hit on high schoolers with drake
The Kardashian PR team seems a good gig. Hammering checks. Every so often you put out a post about how they are thinking about all of us out there in the world.
“Im tired of laying low so Im gonna put something out there so i can start easing my way back into the spotlight. Oh yeah, sorry about all the deaths.”
"Alright Travis, we've put together a four phase initiative to demonstrate that you don't actually have a callus indifference to the whether or not the people who paid to see you perform your music died or not." That will be, carry the one... $4.3 million dollars.
It makes me rage whenever I remember the cops beyond pathetic attempt to distract from their incompetent preparation/response with the “people mysteriously being injected with something” nonsense.
