To bring it back to Arsenal, having a coffee subscription to a Danish roaster is Samir Nasri level coffee cuntiness. Very impressed and jealous.
Yes. I’ve ordered 3 out of 4-5 weeks. so far, they’ve been pretty solid. Skipping this week as I picked up some good Colombian Russilandia beans from my “local” cape cod roaster that has notes of pineapple, watermelon and strawberry. I had a pour over at the shop and was really vibrant. Can’t wait to take it back home and dial it in.
I’ve been meaning to try drops, but have beans piling up since my wife stopped drinking coffee 5-6 weeks ago.
Haha Just busting chops. If you want to stick to Portland area roasters, try Heart, Coava or Deadstock. Much more innovative roasts than the standard ones from Stumptown. Not that there’s anything wrong with Stumptown - they’re better than a lot of roasters but it’s always worth trying the roasters doing interesting techniques with smaller lot coffees.
The missus has cut down her coffee intake to 1 a day. So I’ve upped mine to at least 3 double shots a day. Maybe I need to cut it back a bit ha.

The subscription is very much worth it. The happiest & saddest days of each month are when the package finally clears customs & when I finish my last gram of beans

not sure if our front 4 are being told to stay in their positions in attack or they just don’t leave their positions because they don’t think to. but i don’t think it’s any coincidence that our best attack of the half came from saka drifting out of position to the left and leading to auba missing the sitter imo
A young Giroud would be a better forward in this system. I wonder how Calvert-Lewin or Ollie Watkins would fare in this team?
