I would not be upset if Kliff left but I don't think he is leaving to go recruit. Especially when Old Town and ASU have him covered for all his wants and needs.

Most teams have a Safety and a Corner coach these days. Donte is such a strong recruiter (at all positions) it might be worth keeping him around. Though they might worry about him being a cancer.
respect the hell out of this move. Riley is clearly not an idiot 1. Oklahoma City is fine but LA is much better 2. OU fanbase has absolutely insane expectations and will be going into a situation where it’s not likely they’ll continue to win a conference or even division title every year 3. Money also I wouldn’t worry too much P12 fans, he will have inexplicable losses every year in your conference too just like he did in the B12
I don’t see Kingsbury leaving Arizona since he has a franchise QB. Probably just hasten an extension for him. I think he has turned into a pretty good coach after a lot of growing pains but recruiting isn’t his bag.
No offense to Norman. But leave this, and a playoff-caliber NFL team for the next few years, for more pressure, recruiting stress, and to battle it out in the SEC with a playoff or fail fan mentality year-in and year-out. No thanks. Pay bump not worth it.
I mean we legit came close to beating him three years in a row. He’s not an amazing head coach but a great play caller and recruiter which is all you need with the current P12

Well it’s a concern for the PAC 12 because the current top team has a great recruiter who is a poor play caller/offensive mind.
