I’ve been to Oklahoma City a handful of times and for a decent sized city it lacks almost all of the amenities that a city that size should have other than a basketball team that wins like 15 games a year

ehhhhh maybe for texas, but i could see OU being fine with how they've recruited recently. who are their guaranteed losses in the west? Alabama? i guess it all depends on who they hire, but i don't see OU dealing with 7-5 or 8-4 seasons.

I am not sure he is actually better than Jimbo honestly. He has done a great job of beating up on teams with a lot less talent, which means he will do a similarly mediocre job at USC. The OU to the SEC was going to change a lot of things for LR and OU, and I am impressed that Lincoln got out when he did. Its the smart move. The funny thing is going to be watching the media go crazy over him, only to watch him get destroyed in bowl games like he has been in the past.
I sat in front of a group of USC fans at the 2009 BCS Championship game, in which USC was not playing... I'm not exaggerating when I say that they spent the entire game talking about how badly USC would beat either team. The same USC team that was coming off a 1 score win over Boston College in the Emerald Bowl.

He's never lost more than 2 per year and I don't think his rosters can touch normal jimbo teams. I think his talent level is going to shoot up at SC, so we'll see what he does with it. Jimbo is usually good for a couple of losses to lesser teams, unless he has a roster of nfl players at every position (which he recruits well enough to maybe luck into again)
it is legit impossible to tell if he was born in another country and is learning the english language or if he suffered a catastrophic brain injury at some point
