Pretty much every statistic that matters in CFB besides has an overpaid decent head coach and beats a big name SEC West team every once in a while?
Gallant Knight I'm gonna put it to you like this. When you play the school with the paper clip on the helmet you lose, likely by 70. And in the rare event you don't, they come back with a dirtier, sleazier, higher scoring coach. This is my reading of cfb history
i'm talking about infrastructure, not whether OU was able to roll through a big12 schedule that every sec team would streamroll too
You mean like the amorphous things that aren't measurable or really knowable besides fan conjecture yeah for sure
Ah now we’ve evolved to every sec team A&M is known for steamrolling the big 12, like they did in the conference when they were in it idk man let’s look at the last 100 years and probably 95 of those years ou had a better year is that enough evidence
Or like, actually playing in the CFP or having multiple heisman winners very recently. Never thought I'd see the day when someone claimed OU isn't a better program than A&M but I guess Gallant Knight has too much SEC in him
i'll set the line at aggies -6.5 versus OU if they play in 2023. who wants some oklahoma action? i don't care where the game is played they're a big time program and the aggies suck so this should be a no brainer
Very bold of you to offer this line the day after they lost their head coach, a qb, and a bunch of recruits.
Looks at Texas/Tennessee/Nebraska/FSU/Miami/USC. All better programs than A&M who've had bad coaches for the better part of the last 20 years (some more than others obv)
A&M was so scared of Texas at their worst that they tried to push back against texas joining the conference and ducked them every single year for an ooc game your argument is dead as fuck Gallant Knight
Depends on your time horizon. Currently? There's absolutely some who aren't better. In CFB history? Different answer.
Please bring venables and dj #Clemson Tigers ou fans will kill themselves if they go from the qbs they’ve had to dj
I'm perfectly fine with dumping on A&M in between hysterical tweets from the OU faithful. Carry on, all.
texas is about to be on their third post mack coach when they fire sark either next year or the year after.
the cool thing is texas has enough money to just recycle coaches for years until they find one that doesn’t suck and idgaf not my money
