Leonard Hamilton went 0-18 in conference in his 4th season at Miami and kept his job.

He's been at FSU for 20 years and didn't really have tournament success until the last 6 years or so. He's obviously killing it now

Just a crazy resume.

 

I hope he coaches in whatever D3 conference that Jim Calhoun does... one day

 

Thought Miami would get their revenge but this has been one surprising outcome so far after a half.
