I think this ITP crowd of which you speak would have loved to have been ATL lifers. But we were born where we were born and corrected our parents mistakes when we finally had the opportunity
Went to Buckhead Butcher Shop earlier today. It was just okay but definitely on point for that crowd. Selection compared to Midtown Butcher Shoppe was weak.
Went to forza storico for dinner last night then ended up at holiday bar. Chatted up the bartender who started whipping up some off the menu drinks that were incredible. 10/10 would recommend.
If there’s one thing I’ve established over my dozen years on tmb, it’s that I have no sense of humor. I take every post at face value.
Anyone been to Gather in the Grant park market? May try to check it out for brunch Sunday. Reviews look really good.
Yea its great. All the sandwiches at those branded markets are $. I used to live by candler park. You would love Oakhurst Market butcher section. They have great wings and flank steak.
Did Korean bbq in midtown over the weekend. Also hit Hero and the taco stand inside Monday Night brewery as well as picking up some things at Dekalb Farmers Market. Pretty good ATL food tour
Park 27? I’ve been trying to convince my gf to go there but she’s not convinced it will be worth it, or better than 9292.
Yes. We got the B course and had plenty for 6 people. It was actually my first time having Korean BBQ but I thought it was really good. You get to try tons of different things and they basically cook the meat for you. I pictured having to hold skewers over a fire or something
Downtown Decatur rules and Your Dekalb Farmers Market is excellent. I also have to give a shoutout to Avondale. I know people in high places there.
I rented in Decatur(ish), spent the most time in Decatur out of any Atlanta neighborhood, got married in Decatur, and would live in Decatur if I won the lottery. Still waiting on that winning ticket though.
This looks great.. https://atlanta.eater.com/2022/2/17...hi-restaurant-best-dishes-chef-j-trent-harris
Wife and I are closing on a house in Roswell in a few weeks. I know that's too far out to participate in this thread but wanted to let you know there's two more blue votes for the 6th, Warnock and Stacey and three more once Soros sends our checks and registrations for kids.
Dildo Dawgins : We’re moving from Tennessee to Roswell Me: That’s cool, man. Congrats. Capstone 88 : We’re thinking about buying in Sandy Springs Me:
