So irritating hearing about great hitting numbers when it may as well have been off high school pitching last weekend (Ga State) + this week (very down UNF and always bad FAMU).
Yeah the announcers just kept pushing the inflated stats, but hardly talked about how last season went We got a talented but new starter for Saturday, and a Sunday starter with pretty average stuff….so should be an interesting rest of the series. I haven’t been very impressed by our hitting besides maybe two or three guys, so not totally sure where the runs will come from
Brandon Sproat tomorrow will throw mid 90s but gets hit way more than he should. I just don't trust our hitting to pick up more than a few runs against good college pitching.

Huskers finish the weekend 3-1 where they allow runs in only 2 of the 36 innings. Starters had a 26 inning scoreless streak going.
