215.4 before my son's birthday party yesterday in which I ate tacos, cake, and cookies. I'm sure my weight went down.
Not in this pot, but I weighed 314 on February 14 and weigh 298 this morning. Definitely glad to see that 3 change to a 2

Congrats man! I went to the gym yesterday for first time in like 5 years. I'm pretty active with coaching/playing golf/walking but am planning on making a real effort at some cardio on top of that stuff.
I have been really frustrated the last 6 weeks. I lost 20ish lbs from Jan 1 to Jan 31st super easy but then only have lost about 8 lbs the last 6 weeks or so. It's hard to stay on track when you aren't getting the results you'd like but I'm hearing feedback from people that they can see I've lost a lot of weight recently which makes it a little easier.
If you are lifting weights consistently (which I think you mentioned you were), sometimes the scale doesn't tell the whole story. Sometimes its better to use other criteria to judge progress, like measuring your waist, or just going off of how you feel and how clothes are fitting. For example, I started lifting again this week after a few months off, and my weight shot up from 258 to 261 the next day after my first workout. This is pretty normal for you body to retain water weight more while weight training to assist is muscle repair, even if you are eating at a deficit., so I'm expecting not a great weigh in on Friday, but it should just be a one week blip. I would keep doing what you are doing though. When I went from 275 to 185 back in like 2012, I did it exclusively doing keto and cardio. Even when I hit my goal weight, I looked skinny fat, which prompted me to start lifting weights. When I did my second large weight loss, I went from about 240 to 205, but kept in my weight training the best I could. I looked and felt a million times better doing this than I did at 185. I'd say the progress was a bit slower, but it is worth it.

Your body holds on to water to assist in muscle recovery, so a jump of 3-5 lbs when starting a weightlifting program is normal. I was actually close to 262 on Monday, so I'm pretty happy its dropped back to the 258s. Should just be a one week thing, hopefully. Edit: Took a dump, and reweighed

Well that’s annoying. I did well all week just to not lose anything. Guess it’s better than gaining. Spoiler
Oh the scales at meetings are notoriously volatile if you’re weighing in mid-day and in clothes you basically just have to look at sample sizes by like the month or you can get real frustrated

Yeah I think I may weigh Saturday morning this week if that’s alright? Seems to be my low for the week

It was a crazy week, but I was able to stick to the diet the best I could. Old me would have gone the other direction when these kinds of weeks happen.
345.7 Not awful after nearly two weeks off of diet, hopefully it’s mostly just added water weight. Going to try and put together a good week before my son’s birth party next weekend.
I'm trying to be really good between now and next Saturday. Then I'll be on vacation for 9 days. It's going to bet ugly but hopefully I can just keep the damage to a minimum.

Burned a ton of calories moving shit but also "treated" myself to a bunch of booze and junk. I'll take a net zero. Got vacation in 9 days so going hard next week.
207.8 I really should've been as dedicated to this as I was in the past but I haven't been. If I'd stay true through a weekend and not overeat or drink I'd probably be in contention for this thing but I just fucking love delicious food and bourbons and insist on enjoying myself Friday through Sunday. Sue me!
