Have a massive vacation coming so I'm trying to grind this week. Been having a chicken breast with buffalo sauce, a slice of cheese and some broccoli for lunch. Mozzarella sticks and deli meat for dinner. I've actually really enjoyed it. Got 19 thousand steps yesterday. May top that today. Feeling great.
I’m not really competing this go round, but I eat buffalo chicken wraps pretty regularly for low calorie lunches: sliced/chopped grilled chicken breast reheated with hot sauce in a skillet, spinach, lite blue cheese dressing, and a whole wheat wrap. It’s like a 400 calorie meal that is very satisfying and filling.
Scale is finally moving more than a pound or two at a time this week for the first time in awhile *Knocks furiously on wood*
Under 210 this morning for the first time in like 8 or 9 years. Having a little success has really locked me in. I'm enjoying what I'm eating and my time at the gym watching a documentary or show.
It took me from 2/1 to 3/24 to go from 306.2 to 300.4 with a brief 3 day stay under 300 in between, but since then I've gone from 300.4 to 294.5 in 8 days. Weight loss is weird.

216.3 this week, I’m gonna weigh myself later cause I want under 216. Gained almost a lb and a half this week :(
Got down to under 200 earlier this week but back to 202.1 today. I am hoping to get under again for next weeks.
205.5 again today, same as last week. My scale said that it’s a better 205.5 than last week, bf down, water% up but my scale is often full of shit.

Had a pretty rough (read tasty) 2-week stretch between vacation and my son’s birthday. Will try and assess the damage and post it shortly.
About to get off a boat in Miami and get back to it. I'll weigh in Monday morning and hopefully the damage won't be that insane.

I had a pretty crazy week between 3 birthday parties this past weekend, closing on our new house, working and meeting contractors at the new house, and negotiating inspection items at our current house. Between all this, We ate out more than usual, ate a lot of cake and other bad food, and and I picked back up my old habit of late night snacking. Also didn't have time to work out this week. Next week is looking much quieter, so I plan to start up my weight loss habits again.
After 8 days of fuckery i just got on the scale to check the damage. 216.5. Suppose it could be worse.
