yes. Download the app on your phone and you log your workout that way. It won’t log distance for indoor rides or runs but will log the workout.. Meditation is a easy cheat to continue your streak.

First 30 minute PR in a long time - 431 on Emma’s 2000s ride. I had no intention of that high but the ride was really well put together.
I did that ride today too. I loved the setup and the lack of flat roads. Could have easily been labeled HIIT and Hills.
Along with the bat shit crazy things that go along with my OCD being extremely competitive is another aspect. Sometimes I create imaginary competitions when there are none. I did it with 49ers169 and this month I did it with rv12 . So because of my imaginary competition this month I’ve had one of the best weeks in a long time. I’ve done over 100 miles this week and hopefully I’ll do 15 or so tomorrow to hit my 300 miles this month. Thanks Rv for the motivation even though I was the only one competing lol
Daniel Ocean I was looking at your rides this week and thought you were doing higher outputs than normal. Nice work. Now you've got me wanting to try and get 37 miles in this weekend to hit 300.
all jokes aside the Emma ride we did pushed me and you’ve been pushing me since. I’m not going to lie I looked at what you did and rode accordingly. If you do 37 and beat me tomorrow you deserve the W, A few years back me and Tony Wonder had a yearly mileage thing going unfortunately I got hit by a car and had to drop out.
Maybe Daniel Ocean already hit on this but damn Peloton’s gift for the annual challenge last year was actually legit. Much better than the century ride shirt.
You had to have over 15k I think. That is what I had achieved didn’t get to 20k. But one of their apparel sets, so shirt and shorts. Really nice stuff.
that’s awesome. I’m surprised they send out nice stuff based on minutes, I feel like there are people who would just start classes on the app to get the minutes.
what did you get? I got some joggers in a water proof type material and a dri fit style sleeveless shirt. Probably not something I’d buy for myself but will use.
I do a lot of meditation, stretching and outdoor walks so adds up quickly. Usually M-F by 830 am I’ve done close to 100 minutes. My wife wakes up a couple hours before I do and if I don’t do a sleep meditation I won’t get back to sleep then I do an hour walk and usually stretch afterwards. So that’s 60ish for walking, 20-30 meditation and 5 for stretching after the walk. That’s not including the 90 or so for actual workout (rides stretching and strength). I can see why it appears I’m padding the numbers but I’m not.

I love her, but go back and look at some of her earliest classes. Pretty wild how much she’s “changed”.
Man - I hit a 382 output on a FORTY FIVE minute rock ride with Kendall the other day. No way I could keep up with you all. I am usually able to burn a decent amount of calories and that keeps me happy though.
A few months in. Hit 18.6 mph, and 50 resistance average for first time over a 20 minute ride today. 20 minute rides now going 6+ miles. Dropped 10 pounds since I’ve started and in the best shape I’ve been since I was hiking a lot when I first moved to Oregon. Nothing earth-shattering but I’m in top 30% of about any class I do at this point outside of the hardest of the hard. Little fucking machine has been worth every single penny.
