Hey guys, my bad. Wife gave birth to our 4th kid (under 5 years old) two weeks ago. It's been a little hectic. Weighed in at 217.8 this morning.

We closed on a fixer house last month, and are under contract at our current house, but maintaining two houses, one that is requiring a lot of work on the evenings and weekends, has thrown me off my normal routine. I've been using it as an excuse to eat out and snack more. I also have a work trip all this week. Time to get it back together.
Update: fat. Dipping out of this because I need to get my head on straight and do some work, and I’m going to avoid the scale while I do that.
I have all these grand plans for going to the gym and exercising.. Then I just lay on the couch and eat Easter candy. Throwing all of that shit away this afternoon.

Ended up at the lake last night and couldn't weigh in this morning until after breakfast. 210.6. My hs baseball season should be done this week and I can get back into a healthier routine.
209.1 Consider me vanquished from the competition. Maintained weight which is a small triumph after losing a bunch last year. I've gotten too comfortable though and will need to ramp up and get serious to actually lose more sometime soon. Food and alcohol are good though, amirite?
Gotta cut back on the sunflower seeds! Spoiler If you told me eating shelled sunflower seeds burns more calories than you're eating then I'd absolutely believe you.
I’ve never been a seed guy. The late nights ending in fast food are the killers. We pulled a bit of an upset this week and won our first round series. Game one was a Mississippi state commit vs and UGA commit. Pretty good pitching match up for first round of the playoffs.

210 this morning. I'm trying but if anyone follows the BBQ thread you know, there have certainly been some days when I didn't eat well. The excercise has fallen off too. I keep telling myself I'm going to finish strong but we'll see.
Apologies to everyone for being slack, third week at a new job and spent the first part of this week in NY. These are the competitors that remain that haven't missed 3 consecutive weeks at this point. You're all still in the running, rv12 and shawnoc still in for little guy rewards. Final week weigh-ins begin next Monday and run through midnight of Sunday, May 15th. I will review the results on Monday, May 16th and declare winners and send out money at that point.
Thanks for keeping track of all this shit. i do have a question though. You have my “final weight” as 239. My last weigh in last week was 234.4 i think. Is what you have listed correct? Just dont want confusion at the end here.
Thanks jrmy for running this. I weighed in at 253.2 this morning. I had a ton going on the past month or so, that has knocked me out of my routine I was in, so my progress has basically stalled the past 5 weeks or so. I'm hoping to finish strong and hit 30 lbs lost by final weigh in.

I got down to 210 during quarantine a few years ago and down to 205 about five years ago before kids started popping off. It's been half a lifetime (jfc) since I've been under 200 and I'd like to get there again one day.
