Must be some significant intel for them to make that statement. *Does anyone have the full context of what was said?
Amazing that 30 commandos was all it took to stall the entire convoy. That's going to be a movie some day.
some of the other things I’ve read from him seemed legit, but not entirely sure. the timeline and events he outlines make a lot of sense though
I just don't see how Russia could successfully support a "sudden popular uprising" in Moldova from the sea at this point. They've already lost one of their landing ships and their primary anti air asset, and have shown that their SOF Navy forces would be vulnerable on approach from drone attack
Logistics is hard; it’s not like they can just turn the hose off without figuring out how to meet capacity from somewhere else. At a bare minimum you need fuel for trains and semis, leaving aside heating oil, petrol, lubricants, and all the other things POL goes in to.
I am curious if related intelligence to this threat, is what led to Ukraine targeting those two fast attack boats this week. Possibly as a preemptive warning that an attack from the sea would be costly.
There's "we vastly underestimated enemy resistance and overestimated our logistic capacity" stupid and there's "we're going to open a few front with the 80 tanks we can cram onto our 6 remaining landing ships that we can't protect from missile attack" stupid.
Those South Ossetia troops got what they deserved. This is all part of being bought (and sold) by the Russians. Those treacherous bitches need to stop complaining. It's what they signed up when they ran to Russia.
Would be great, but I’ll believe it when I see it. Also nervous about what would take over in the aftermath. And what might get lost.
I am wondering when Russia will determine that us being directly responsible for Ukrainian forces killing their generals, constitutes an act of war?
I mean, it seems like we are trolling Putin at this point. Seems like the caution early on has gone out the window
what the fuck can they do about it? this shit is why I paid 3k out of pocket for my daughters ambulance ride on Easter this is what we fucking do man. We are stunting all over them
Did we ever hear anything else about that Russian communication center that was captured? Normally I’d guess it was just disappear into the halls of the CIA but with this war I almost expect CIA to have tweeted mocking comments about Russian coding incompetence.
For sure. But wouldn’t it have been nice to give our friends in Ukraine some hope by having the EU make these types of declarations a month or two ago?
Shit, I’ll call 911 for an ambulance just to get the outlandish bill and not be phased because I feel safer knowing somewhere, someone just got an anti tank missile for a decent price… god bless the USA.
I know we've talked military tech in here before so this is as good a place as any to put it- It's amazing the F-117 is still so advanced that it's a 40 year old stealth platform and still a viable training platform for our own forces to go up against as aggressors
