If someone picked Blank Slate for a ranked game I’d catch a temp ban for the shit I said to them in a message
I feel like now I'd a good time to buy a lot of these FoF cards? A lot of them are in the 8500 range. I wonder how many of the 30 we'll need for the collection coming up?
I dont remember how many the game gave us? 8 maybe? I'd guess a few more than what they gave you for free.
I have 125k in stubs. Do I invest it, or try to buy DeGrom and then Tatis to round out the live series?
Depends on good you are at investing lol. I'd finish the live series personally bc I'm awful at investing.
Done with 1 round of the repeatable 2K with monthlies in Stage 3 and at 345/500 with Rizzo. Should be able to finish that program by the end of a mini season
Saw Vlad was demoted in the roster update and he's already down back to 109K stubs so I'll probably complete the AL East next. Judge went up to 91 but I bought one this afternoon around 34k before he starts climbing even more in price. Bought an extra in case he miraculously doubles or more in cost the next couple of weeks.
Congrats. Very nice pull. Hoping I get something decent tonight. Been running through XP like a madman today so I think I might complete the Spring Cleanup program tonight and then have a massive pack opening. As it stands out I’ve got 1 headliner set 1, 1 silver player, 8 Ballin and 63 normal packs. Finishing will get me 18 more packs and a gold player. Plus if I do any rounds of mystery map that’s 5 more packs per round Also finished up April monthly awards so will probably start on May tomorrow
I mean Seager has 61 fielding and 63 arm but this is routine and I'd be LIVID if I lost a game in the 11th on THIS. Just a horrific animation in that spot.
Big dog showdown is super easy. Price is the only hard one IMO but they start you with bases loaded down 3. Facing Ottovino, Lefty or Franco are nothing but Price to as more difficult to hit
Sadly quite a few guys 90-94 worse than him though so hey it could be worse, but so disappointing from seeing blue. I have yet to see blue or red. The chase continues
I pulled Scherzer and Sale last night for 50 packs, 1 headliner, and 1 or 2 ballins. I feel like that’s light but after reading Shaun’s post I feel lucky. Damn.
I don't have the patience to let my packs build up. I usually open them once I get to about 5+. Been working my way through quite a few last night and this morning thinking it's been a while since I've seen any diamonds. About that time I got one... a classic stadium
Yeah the only reason I count them is because I'm pretty sure when the pack odds say 1:50 chance of diamond, that includes equipment and stadiums and stuff. Which makes me feel less like I'm "due" for a diamond player
Finished the big dog program last night, packed Ketel Marte. Not sure why he is selling for so much but sold him for 70k and bought DeGrom. Only Tatis Jr left and shockingly have spent $0 real world money.
If you play in a gigantic park and contact swing all game to get bloop hits, I hope you hit your toe on a table today.
Do Ballin is a Habbit packs have diamonds in them this season? Last year, I think the official ratio was like 1 out of 5. This season I've opened over 100 and gotten 0.
Ballin packs are rough this year I feel like. Most my pulls have come from headliners, random chase packs, and the normal ones.
I've gotten 1 diamond from a headliner, and the rest from regular packs. My luck this year with packs has been awful so far.
Just played a guy with 6 lefties and 2 rightness in his lineup. Olson, Devers, Rizzo, Pederson, Bellinger, Crawford. He scored 4 in the first vs Carrassco. It was burn a lefty SP or burn my entire lefty pen so I went SP Willis. Finally had a good offensive game and won 12-4 when he quit in the 7th. Willis went 6 shutout innings... and this:
I always wait like a month before I play RS since I’m on the NMS grind. Always feel a little bad for the first few opponents I face when I’m mostly diamonds and they’re lucky to have golds.
What do we think about perks for Caps? I can be 122/118 with no perk or 122/114 and run Clear for Takeoff, which gives an exit velocity boost on all normal swings. Think it's worth passing on the +4 additional power to use that?
Top 10 - perfect/perfect line out to end inning Bottom 10 - he bunts him to 3b, suicide squeeze to win it I'd fight him.
Corbin is easily the 2nd best SP imo. His Cutter and Sinker look thr same but break 2 feet each and are both 97-98 mph. Just fifty.
Smh again someone bunted with man on 3b. If I could force a freeze after that shit, I would. Don't judge me.
