205.6 I'm going out of town tonight so I hope it's ok that I weigh in now. I've lost 40 pounds, down two shirt sizes and 4-6 inches in the waist. I hope I can keep it off because I feel so fucking good. I just recently got back on my bullshit after letting loose for awhile to celebrate getting a new job
Quickly after this contest started my dad got covid, then died. Got into a pretty bad cycle of drinking DDH IPAs every night and eating a lot of bad food. Got up to 255 in late April. I'm currently under 2010 and I'll be sub 200 for the first time in probably 15 years. I've been 202-204 probably every other year. I should be 185-190 before football season starts. Then we'll see how well I do in the fall.

This is me, but it’s been over the course of covid. I’ve gained 25lbs in the last 2.5 years mostly from booze. I’m at 265 right now which is the fattest I’ve been in my life. With wfh, I get off work and have some beers…most everyday. Then I eat like shit and do it all over again. I need to learn some moderation. Otherwise I’m in trouble.
Not in the competition but just popping in to say I’m down 9 pounds in 6 weeks. Goal is to lose 25 pounds total. Been running 6 days a week and getting slightly better on diet.
