insane that we haven't fully gotten the picture yet, but honestly good business for the knicks if they turned a '22 late lottery pick into 3 firsts next year and one beyond that
I just want EJ drafted but don’t think that’s a good pick. How many top 5 recruits who shit their pants work out? Drummond had like 2 years and is a joke now
with a bum left ankle, who knows if he gets healthy he could be a nice playmaker off the bench like a Kyle Anderson at best
I wanted Jovic but happy with that pick. He can take all the time he needs to get fully healthy and a lot of potential.
And allow trades to go through tonight so it isn't so convoluted on who is actually going where and the trades could be done before the pick like every other draft
Everything I read/listen too was that he was never healthy last year but tried to play through it. Bombed at the combine but highly skilled.
It’s kinda crazy how the game has evolved to the point where prospects’ 3 pt % are stated when they’re picked
first round took 3 hours i only watched espn but i thought the broadcast was awful. woj being a dick and spoiling early and then relatively little analysis of the teams and fits.
Trade JaMychael Green and a top five protected pick in five years for a guy who averaged 3.2 ppg in college Early returns on Booth are questionable at best
If they like Watson they pretty easily could have bought a 2nd rounder to take a flier on him. Don't understand trading a veteran bench piece and a future pick for a project when your stated goal is contending now
You didn't have to defend a 32.5% career 3pt percentage on message boards all summer when he coudn't hit the broadside of a barn in Summer league.
