Trust me. He knows what he’s talking about. Not “delusional” at all. Perhaps arrogance, but that’s just who we are
Driskell intimating we got a different corner than Tease on his mailbag today. Seemed to think it came out of nowhere.
Listening back, it might mean he was surprised by where Tease is going. Im having a tough time understanding him.
everyone thought Tease was going to USC but I think he’s not a WR take for them, ND clearly wanted him as an Athlete but for defense. If Arky is his only real WR option that makes sense
I’m very curious as to where the board goes in about two weeks: I think ND will be able expand the prospect list as they look like they are out of it for a few now
Yes. The $140M exit fee isn’t as daunting as some have made it out to be when you consider the net benefit from the new conf. revenue streams. Honestly, short term fees shouldn’t dictate whether we need to stay put or not. Decisions should entirely be focused on the long term benefits of a change. I’m sure Jack will make a prudent decision and Thoros of Beer will draft a fine memo outlining the decided terms.
yes, at least in the 100m Bell's fastest time this year is 10.41. Tyree's fastest time was in the 10.5s
I’d be curious to see the math on that second statement, but I imagine we could get the Big 20 to pay for a piece of that and also gotta spend money to make money.
Yeah I guess I’ll trust those who know more regarding that piece of it, but they’re saying usc and ucla made the big10 deal $100m per year, so adding ND (and a couple of others) would certainly get it close
I wasnt sure if it was Walls or McNeil that went with Gray but people do tend to forget that those three were very highly rated players. I think Gray and Walls were five stars at one point in their cycles.
Absolutely wish we would’ve scored Tease, too. Could’ve given both he and Bell more positional flexibility
He went like one class of trying and a couple guys flamed out and said fuck it rkgs and golffor the next 8 years
