OKC summer league team takes the floor today. Giddey, Poku, Chet, Tre Mann, Ousmane Dieng and both versions of Jalen Williams. Should be a very spicy squad
The only way to fix the leak part is to tear up the ways modern drafts are covered by every network and take it back to 1972. Since that's never happening, the leaks are never going away.
I mean the NBA could take a hard line stance to the reporters who leak and say you're not allowed access to certain things. Don't know if it would stop it, there's always going to be some rogues, but would certainly make people reconsider, I would think.
The NBA does not want to fix the leak issue, those leaks and insider helps drive attention to the league.
There’s only a “leak issue” if you’re a terminally online basketball fan who can’t turn off Twitter while watching the draft broadcast. They’re not restructuring their telecasts or implementing new guidelines restricting media access to appease that group because they’ll just find something new to bitch about once they fix that
The leak issue to me is that they leak it on their broadcast. Keep it on Twitter so people who want it can access it, but stop doing it on the draft shows Trades is the bigger issue to me. Not knowing who is picking for who, or what the trade was until like 10 picks later.
i thought he was really good on defense in the first few possessions when Utah SL dudes tried targeting him but then it looked like he rolled his ankle just running so idk
When is Silver going to step in and force all these teams that are obviously tanking to hire a Colangelo? The integrity of the game is at stake!
just hit a nice turnaround jumper. pretty impressive, though he had been stripped a couple of other times after putting the ball on the floor.
Is Wembanyama taller/longer and more fluid? Don’t know enough about his game aside from cooking Rudy.
He’s better in everything than Chet besides outside shot Not sure his age but Chet was a very old freshman
Put me down as #1 Chet hater, I can’t see him being that good even in today’s nba DPOY potential, gain 50 pounds then maybe
he's 7'1 and turned 20 two months ago. maybe give it a couple of years before we start worrying about the weight.
