that seems lazy and would guess they put Chris Simms on big ten games, so lucky for Notre Dame they avoid him.
The last few things I read mentioned that Nussmeier had looked the most explosive but that Daniels might hold the edge over him. It feels like Brennan might have been passed by both guys.
Not really. Brennan was running with the 3rd string most of camp. Also, people in the know would say he wouldn't beat out Max Johnson in 2021. Jayden Dainels is the presumed starter for FSU. But I fully expect Nussmeier to see some action during the first month of the season.
He was reportedly having a great camp and was set to get a decent number of snaps after Henderson and Miyan. Pretty crappy for him (and not great for our depth at the position given they now only have 3 scholarship RB’s).
ON3 clickbait It could be a devastating injury for Pryor, which sucks for him because he’s been working hard, but he’s also the clear third string RB. Treyveon Henderson ran for 1248 and 15 TDS last year as a true freshman and is number one as a soph. Miyan Williams ran for 508 as a RS FR in 2021 and is two. We’ll have true freshman Dallas Hayden as three with Pryor out. Hopefully, Pryor recovers for 2023 because he seems like a good kid.
I read where he was down the depth chart. Hadn't heard that name in a while. Also your RB depth seems thin
RB depth is thin. We had a senior Master Teague who was passed by Henderson and Williams. He opted for the NFL and is trying to make the Steelers roster. Had a junior Marcus Crowley leave. We are ready to run with Henderson and Williams as sophs. Pryor would be a RS FR. We need a take another RB in this class but Alabama is being selfish.
Idk maybe make sure your team is well rested and in peak shape for the season to start and not inducing vomiting every practice??
But in all seriousness that doesn't sound great for texas. I was attributing a lot of their backness to ewers being good
Wonder if Arch played in role in that decision. Doubt Sark would make that call if Ewers was head and shoulders better, but wouldn’t be surprised if it was in the back of his mind in a close competition.
Ewers should be a true freshman with no live football in like two years. If he is even with a QB that is in his 3rd year then thats good imo. If Ewers isn’t starting game 1 he definitely will be the starter by the end of the year
