IDK if this should be a thread or a poll or just belongs here. My wife ordered Costco delivery and it was a big order with multiple packs of waters, Gatorade, vitamin waters and other heavy shit. Anyway the delivery person was a woman so I felt like shit having her bring up to the second floor. I thought about helping her which I wouldn’t have if it was a dude. Does that make me sexist? Should I have helped? Obviously it’s her job and she got a tip so is it dumb for me to have felt bad?
Wanting to do kind things for other people with nothing but good intent is never a bad thing. Not dumb at all to feel bad.
dont feel like finding the stand up/comedian thread but stavvy the best in the game also seems like a perfect circle that he'll be the most famous "woke" comedian
Every now and then people are selfless - 16 year old kid saved 3 girls and a police officer from drowning. https://www.gofundme.com/f/lets-help-corion-get-to-college
The cop was apparently trying to save one of the girls but was basically too unathletic so the kid had to end up saving his ass as well.
I have it on good authority that those ads are all, indeed, fake news. Totally farcical products. Spoiler Source:
In an Uber from Weho to downtown - which is at least 40 mins right now. Uber driver is Chinese and speaks absolutely zero English. His playlist so far has been: outfield - don’t wanna lose your love tonight Take on me Eye of the tiger And it’s currently on Ice Ice Baby this is gonna be a roller coaster but honestly kinda like his curation this far for a ride into a work meeting. edit - updates so far: Me gente Sharp dressed man Back in black
in my Uber yesterday from my hotel to the Anaheim Packing District the driver played "Every Little Step" by Bobby Brown followed by "I'm Your Baby Tonight" by Whitney Houston and I thought it was nice that he probably paired those together on purpose
Reminder that this dude prob has a playlist for different types of people and this is what he selected when he saw you it’s not a bad thing either way it’s just funny to think about
Got back from cali. First day at new job tomorrow, going to office Front right tire is flat shouldve checked soon as i got home

I have to eat at Olive Garden tonight and I'm not excited about it. Been pouring over the menu for a couple days and I'm at a loss. I suppose I'll try the chicken parm.
I haven’t been to Olive Garden in at least 15 years but it’s also pretty difficult to fuck up pasta so I think you’ll be fine
Ive never been to or had olive garden. Im sure it's not great but the thought of worrying about it for 2 days is pretty funny
Do you honestly not also feel bad when it’s a dude carrying heavy stuff? I feel bad regardless whether it’s a woman or man. I usually help and tip a little extra but I’m also a people pleaser to a comic level, so maybe just do one or the other if you feel bad.
It’s all sub-par Italian. So just ask for a side of Alfredo to use as breadstick dip, and keep the breadstick baskets coming. Only good thing about OG.
I found a number of lists ranking entrees at Olive Garden. Unfortunately, the top two were also on a different list of things you should never ever eat because they are wildly unhealthy.
I eat at chains a good bit with my parents. Had long horn a while back because I had a gift card. I used to really love that place but it was awful. Had outback steakhouse the other day and got some seasoned and seared prime rib that was amazing. My go to is Carabas for a chain.
I mean I don’t think I’d be worried about the nutritional value of an Olive Garden meal unless you are eating there multiple times a week and in that case we need to have another discussion
Great, now I’ve been banned from Italy. Good thing I’ve got Olive Garden and Papa Johns here so I won’t even notice.
This is truth but I'm on somewhat of a diet. Nothing super strict but if I'm going to consume 2-3 thousand calories in a meal I'd rather it be somewhere good. Based on my extensive research, I can get chicken parm and soup for like 1200 calories. Not great, but I won't be sweating out alfredo and shitting on the side of the road either.
