If you've got an honest lead on UF-A&M now then bet your whole net worth on it my dude I have no expectations other than our pain.
Just got back to my room. Great experience. Funniest point of the night was waiting at a crosswalk and this drunk kid on the back up a pickup welcomed me to the “beaches of college station”
90 but yeah still extremely poor. Offense sucks and defense is a little too bend don't break-Ish. Bad combination
Idk 4th and 18 chance to pin someone back who couldn’t really move the ball all game. Now blowing like 80 seconds before doing it was super dumb, sure.
I'm not a conspiracy theory guy, but If I were, I would think that Miami intentionally threw that game.
I mean ok… he had the better roster, a 5 year head start on Mario, a home game, and still needed Miami to continually step on their own dick all game to pull out a win, but sure. Beat your chest.
On campus stadiums are the only way to go, but last night's traffic was hellish. Worst I've ever seen and I seen some shit
im digging all these year 5, better roster, at home, etc. etc. talking points as if this a&m team isnt going 7-5
Nobody is calling this UM team world beaters. This is a 7-5 to 9-3 at best roster. People like you keep wanting to accuse UM fans of having unrealistic expectations so you can dunk on us for losing games like last night, when for the most part, our expectations in year 1 are perfectly reasonable.
Mike Ryan isn’t talking about college station overall. He’s taking a shot at all the people who shit on UM for not having an on campus stadium.
Miami sucks but fold the fucking program if we don’t win 9 with this schedule. Even Richt won 9 his first year
if miami could put 110k in a stadium it would be just as bad if not worse getting out of hard rock. i don’t understand the complaint.
He’s an idiot. I walked back to my hotel from the stadium. Most A&M games don’t end that late either.
It is an awful take. most college campuses have this issue but the Pros far outweigh the Cons. he doesn’t get it bc he has a Pro mindset as a fan.
Hard Rock is a great venue for Miami’s circumstance. Most fans aren’t near the campus. It’s a tiny ass school. No one wants to drive down us1 to gables to watch football.
Fsu games averaged 58k last year (Miami being highest) Miami games averaged 43k. your on campus stadium didn’t matter. Your massively bigger alumni base needs to come to more games. Kinda embarrassing.
