So twice now this year pitchers have had an issue with rosin. I would be surprised if pitchers found something new to mix with rosin to make it super sticky.

I laughed at this. Then thought just maybe my personal bias against him was influencing my giggles and he had a better argument for the HOF than I thought. Nope. Not even close.
I know people will put a lot of stock in his postseason performances, but I don't think his regular season stats are anywhere near good enough for that to even be a factor.
Not that WAR is the end all/be all but he'd be the 10 lowest WAR for HOF pitchers. The rest are relievers or guys who played a million years ago, or in the Negro Leagues. And Babe Ruth
