Mental health issues do not include a lack of accountability. She is aware of her situation, as are her so called “friends.” Maybe help her come up with healthy coping mechanisms that don’t involve her walking into someplace new and throwing absolute dogshit at anyone and everything. Maybe an online presence is not best for her mental health and being with actual people would be helpful.

Have spent years trying to help her. She does zero IRL socialising and I have spent years trying to get her to change this but she doesn’t. Ie. joining social groups for disabled people, courses, part time work, etc.

Her only form of social life is her elderly foster parents, umpiring local footy and internet forums which is sad enough.

 

And that sounds very unfortunate. So by your own admission she either lacks the desire to change or mentally does not have the faculties to change. As such, her not being here is probably better off for her mental well being in the long run then.
