Nobody batted an eye because the flip is entirely consistent with the only principle of American conservatives over the past ~10 years: triggering the libs. Conservatives have and will jettison every other policy position in favor of that.

Might as well take them to target. He stormed off.

Are you familiar with the Nike Be True campaign? They've been doing it for probably 10 years now, they do 4-5 shoes and apparel every year. My favorite was the Air Max 90 from like 2018 or 2019. GOAT Swoosh.
