Only people who have asked him for help or advice on content ideas are Klemmer & Jackie when he's told everyone in office he has an open door. He’s frustrated because people aren't responding and don't come up with any ideas of their own or take any initiative to produce content
I mean kfc sucks so fucking bad I wouldn’t ask him for anything either. the only way the bums in NY will start trying is if some of their friends contracts aren’t renewed and it serves as a wake up call. like what does big ev do day to day? A one hour gambling show that he does 0 prep work for that no one watches? not everyone has to be a star but a ton of these people are just straight stealing

Big Ev is someone who needs desperately needs to move to Chicago, continue the College Football Show, continue the other CFB show he got added to, the UFC show and maybe do a weight loss series. Marty steals money, watch him on the dozen and than watch him talk on pick central it’s horrible. You’re a gambler but don’t know what team Jim Thome and Josh Willingham played for. He is a try hard. Oh an apparently he’s bringing back coin boys with Dana. Smitty it seems as well as Carl will not be getting renewed and they are ok with. Klemmer is growing on me because it seems like he actually cares. Dave not being at the office full time and Dan leaving has really shown who’s just flat out lazy at NYC office.

Also Dave might need to have a come to Jesus meeting with some of the NY people. I know it took him months to get through to Rico, but he actually works now I don’t necessarily mean to keep picking on him but someone said big ev writes like one blog/month. also it’s pretty funny that people are like wow I haven’t read the blog in years but I’m reading everything ohios tats writes. Like yeah no shit he’s a legit good writer and puts effort into what he puts out. 90% of the blogs are just like two paragraph Reddit summaries or links to tweets or instagram and being like wow look at this if they wanted to make the blog a thing they need to hire actual writers I own a small business and I’ve had to fire a couple of people and it sucks really bad to do that but in those instances those people are basically fired themselves by not doing what was asked, not putting in the time, and/or making the same simple mistakes constantly. it’s the same thing with most of the NU employees they are basically firing themselves by not working

Last post but like look at jack mac. He was on the college football show for one episode and Dave was like yeah you’re off the show you’re not good at this. He tried a few things thay didn’t really work and now fast forward to today he has 830,000 followers on tiktok, 74,000,000 likes, and puts out multiple videos per day that get hundreds of thousands of views. And his intern from the summer, moobs, is going full time after she finishes ups college this semester when moobs started as an intern she had like 1000 followers on tiktok and now she has 205,000. so he went from kicked off a show after one episode to being a valuable employee and grooming his intern to be valuable as well
