Saw a tiktok that it's cheaper to fly to Switzerland and get tickets there going to local US shows. Find a nice Swiss alps Airbnb or a lovely hotel room with ur pts
yeah when we first started this whole thing it was the cheapest, now it’s not. it’ll probably end up being the plan anyway because she won’t be able to take the time off and Indy is only like a 6.5 hr drive from here
Oh I'm sure some people love it but I can't stand riding in a car that long. Prob because I'm driving and have had enough of other drivers
I mean we could fly too but the only direct is SWA, and I’d be paying a premium to save maybe two hours by the time you factor in security and getting to the airport. Amtrak goes to STL but not Indy or I’d just do that
Trains in Europe are so awesome. Get to read, have a beer or a glass of wine, see some scenery and end up in your location much faster than driving
Forgot about it tonight, daughter just called me from Alabama to let me know about out. "If I wear a man" is such an awesome song for a 6 yr old to hear. Tbh that's probably the song that made me a fan. Girl dad gang gang
Yea I may be drunk but fuck it I'm finding tickets for wife and daughter to go to one of the Miami shows. I'd love to go with my daughter but it'd mean way more for my wife to go with her. Idk maybe we all go but as if now leaning toward getting tickets for them as a surprise. Daughter is 6, turns 7 the week of the Miami shows, so she's old enough to remember it as a core memory with her mom.
where can you even buy them and how much are they going for? Ticketmaster doesn’t even have any listed for Indy. Where can you buy the resale?
On any secondary site. TickPick, Stubhub, SeatGeek, take your pick On TickPick, the Friday Indy show is just slightly the cheapest. Cheapest pair is $2500 each. Cheapest non obstructed view is $3263 each. Cheapest floor is $3727 each
Put Eras on this morning, and it was the most attention my 14 month old has ever paid to the TV. I'm raising a proper Swifty.
NOLA looks a lot cheaper and is a short drive from Mobile. Might be a better option. Not buying tickets anytime soon, hope they come down.
One thing worth noting as I’d eyed tickets in Europe, the floor seats in America are specifically assigned section, row, seat. As far as I can tell in Europe, that’s all general admission if not standing room only. While that wouldn’t be an issue for me, I can see how it would be for someone with a child
Will fly her private plane all across the world to watch the Chiefs but when her BFF’s team olays their opening game she’s no where to be seen. Does she hate female empowerment? Probably.
We’re going to NOLA, it’s our 10th anniversary so I was going to blow a bunch of money going somewhere anyway, and this is what my wife really wants. I’m not expecting them to get cheaper, I’ve just accepted the fact that this is what they’ll be.
Yeah I would think the opposite, that the closer it gets, the more people might take listings down and you just have “This is what it would cost for me not to go” listings
Maybe I'm wrong but this far in advance generally I'd think people have wishful prices listed and as it gets closer thay lower them so they don't eat them. Guess we'll see. Same premise as a game, not sure why this would be different but maybe I'm missing something.
