My barber today told me he read somewhere Roman dropped the title because he’s going back to cancer treatment. Is that true? I don’t read outside this thread.
I don’t think anything has changed, but he did say during the doc that aired a couple weeks ago that he is still on meds for it. I don’t think that was known before. It sounds like they’ve made a lot of progress with treatment for it if it is caught early.
Meltzer and Alvarez turning on TK is something I didn't expect to happen. Is there backstory on a fallout with them I'm missing, or are they mad they aren't getting the same access anymore?
I think for the type he has he's supposed to be on meds for the rest of his life (I think he said as much in his N1 presser). Since it's a blood cancer, I'm guessing getting his white blood count in a certain range determines whether or not he's in remission. But I'm not a doctor, so it's just pure speculation.
A net positive. TK is very sensitive to his rep online. If anything can get him to make changes it'll be something like a universal backlash to all this Punk rehashing

Not for the first few I'd say years they were in business. Dave gives out more 5 star matches each ppv than he's basically ever given before. There has been a stark shift recently (by recently it may be longer than I realize because I don't read or follow Dave super close)
If he is going to start forcing the talent to carry out his insecurities on screen, then WWE and their stooge podcasters are just going to keep doing it and doing it until TK kills the product himself.

All Out doing 100k or so buys a week after All In did like 200k buys made it a guarantee. No problem for me as I just use Triller so PPVs are like 20 bucks or so.
A PPV in Long Island on June 30, the Arthur Ashe Dynamite/Rampage in mid September (I assume), followed by a PPV in NJ on Nov. 23. Okay. One of those last two is going to struggle to sell tickets.
A 50% drop seems like bad business. But if the other PPVs are doing sub 100k then it’s a good move. But TK seems to say they do around 150k buys on average.
Perry's Scapegoat gear selling like crazy is not a result I would have predicted, but props to him for that.
Most of their PPVs since last year done somewhere around 130-150. All In last year did just north of 200K I believe.
All In was always going to be the bigger one. It was the first of the two and was the big stadium spectacle show. Most weren't expecting All Out to do anything good. So for it to hit the 100k mark was a pleasant surprise. Had it only done like 50k or something, I don't know if they would have continued it this year.
