Anyone see clarification on the Daytona? Factory set diamonds on black oysterflex with burgundy subdials?

 

Tudor did a solid yellow gold BB58 with green dial

I don’t even know what to think.

 

First thought is: cool, but no.

 

The chonky sides/thickness of the old GMT & BB Pro were always the biggest turn off to me, these look incredible even if the color combo wouldn’t be my first choice.

 

I didn't think "I think this watch looks good" was necessary but I can go add it if you'd like.

Speaking of, I live in an area with no dealers at all, but we were in Orange County last week and went to South Coast Plaza mall where they've got boutiques for virtually every brand from AP to VC to A Langhe Sohne. It was awesome to see some of these in person finally.

 

One of my favorite parts of being in Vegas is the opportunity to put so much on-wrist (and realize most of it looks ridiculous on me.)

 

After having a day to think about it, the Rolex 1908 is cool, and the rest of the Rolex and Patek releases I've seen so far suck.

 

Rookie question: do all watch makers release their new annual lineup at this time of year? Is that what’s happening.

No idea. Didnt ask or stick around to find out. Line was a mom and her tiny daughter in matching camp chairs. After breakfast it was about 30 people.

 

Maybe by the time there's one available to buy, i'll have saved enough pennies to buy one.
