This is a waste of time if they are just going to fine him for constantly violating the gag order. If they aren't going to throw him in jail for contempt, the whole thing is pointless. If you think any judge is going to jail trump for tweeting or talking then you’re going to be disappointed.

That's fine, but the prosecutor looks like a limp dick going in asking for a fine. Ask for the moon and settle for the fine if that's what the judge decides. A normal person would be jailed for publicly. attacking witnesses so the prosecutor should at least try to treat him the same.
