Welp an hour ago one of the local guys was saying it was cloudy/cool enough to lower the severe threat. Now I’m on the edge of a tornado warning it appears.
The map i just checked showed 5 red tornado warnings near sioux falls. That has to be a mistake right?
Been like that for a while but radar doesn’t seem to show any rotation. Some big rain and storms maybe, but what I’m seeing doesn’t show rotation
Storm near Cleveland that’s warned is tracking right at me but still a ways away. Looks to have tightened up some in velocity radar
I’m southwest-ish OKC. We’ve avoided it so far, but it’s looking like it’s gonna be an interesting couple hours.
My area is clear, news showed it hitting a few miles west of me right through our downtown. Very concerning as there are a lot of very old houses over there and some low income areas
Damn at that Barnsdall storm. Those storms down around Altus will have my attention, if they hold it'll be damn near 2am before they get here. Coffee is on.
bertwing the Hampton Inn right by the offices took a direct hit, could only see it on the news in lightning flashes but it looks bad. That’s directly next to my office building
