What's the consensus on Kevin Fowler? Kinda overlooked him but I grabbed a few of his albums with my What tokens and he seems a little too Nashville, for my tastes at least.
he's hates the nashville shit he's from the town i live in and he's a pretty good dude. met him 4 or 5 times i don't much like his music though
Speaking of people who hate Nashville, if Aaron Watson would come play just once in Nashville, well that would be just swell

"Oh dear, I just can't but wonder if the guy you wrote it about will ever hear it?!?!?!!?" "No, he won't"
Seeing Bingham at The March 2nd show in Anaheim. Also, streaming Band of Heathens Pandora non-stop the last few weeks...can't seem to satisfy the craving and Boland, Stoney and TT are featured a lot. Hope to catch them near our trip to San Antonio this Summer.
Bingham: BIG NEWS I will perform on THE VIEW tomorrow, TUE, JAN 29 at 10am (11am EST). Tune in to abc or set your DVRs & check it out & please SHARE THIS WITH YOUR FRIENDS!
Anyone in here ever go to seddemusica and when trying to download get linked to that blank page with just a "Skip Ad" button in the top right? When you click it it begins a download of a "download manager" .exe file. I figure no way in hell that's not a virus but I figured I'd see if anyone's actually done it. That damn site can get me so excited and so letdown at the same time.
never heard of it http://www.crocko.com/9B84419599474..._Good_Time__282012_29__5BMP3_5D_CR_75172.rar#
I used it a little a long time ago. A lot of the links are dead now though or don't stay good for very long
Oh I know most are broken. Usually the newer ones still work. But there's some that aren't quite broken and link to the page I'm talking about instead of a Rapidshare site or something like that. I have Spotify but it doesn't always have what I want.
Aaron Watson just had to rap on his CD. I was just doing some reading, enjoying the CD and then BOOM, Aaron Watson is rapping about "can I get a hey y'all!" Pisses me off. Pretty good CD besides that. Hadn't listened to his old ones like Reckless, Off the Record, Barbed Wire Halo, etc. in a while. Thanks WTX
he was just making fun of aldean in that song i think it's pretty funny Texas Country music star Aaron Watson just released his 11th album Real Good Time on October 9th, and on the album the Amarillo native makes a good, healthy jab at the “country rap” phenomenon infecting country music’s airwaves. Jason Aldean, Tim McGraw, and the rest of the laundry list country rap crowd are lampooned by a song that is so well written in the country rap vein, the only way you know it’s not the real deal is the disclaimer in the song’s title that reads in total, “My Contribution To Ruining Country Music Country Song! Ha!” "Something about a dirt road? Yeah. And then there was a trend where a few of them were rapping. And I said we need a spoof. I need a spoof song, you know what I’m saying? I recorded it with my good buddy Sam. And Sam said, “If you want to have a spoof, a little tongue and cheek, you’re gonna have to rap.” I said, “Sam, I don’t think I can do it.” But I rose to the occasion, or I lowered myself to the occasion. And this is not an honest to God attempt to ruin country music like everybody else. It’s the worst song I’ve ever written, I’m admitting that."
oh, then fuck me. Stupid aggie needs to make it apparent that it's a joke right at the beginning before people like me say fuck that and change it.
ha no. Just plugged it into my speakers to listen through the whole CD while I read for class. Next thing I know this holy rollin aggie is rapping. I just clicked next and started getting pissed at the thought of all the dixie queens that go to his shows eating it up and more red dirt guys rapping.
Aaron Watson is gonna be in Lincoln next Saturday, unfortunately I won't be in town to go. But I am going to Bleu Edmondson on Thursday. JB & The Moonshine Band are here on Friday, but they are faggots and I'm not going to see that shit.
The lead singer of JB and the moonshine band and Casey Donahew are good friends. JB has some solid (but really cheesy) songs
Wade was awesome. I was a big fan of his latest album so it was great to hear most of it live. The chick sitting next to us threw up in her boyfriends lap about halfway through the show and they had to literally carry her out of the building
