At the end of season 2 it was said that the prison/Woodbury story line would last about a season and a half. I think there's still enough left to happen for it to not be terribly boring. Ghost Lori might be the worst decision since keeping the baby alive Spoiler unlike in the comic .
Lori is one of the worst characters of all-time. Kill T-Dawg. Leave Andrea alive and bring Lori back. Can't explain that.
Rick is talking to the ghost of his dead cunt of a wife. Glenn is having woman problems. Daryl left with his asshole brother. Hershel is old and crippled. Michonne is incapacitated. Carol and Maggie are women. The new group is indebted to him for their lives. Time for the rise of the era of Carl.

The best character (Rick) is losing his mind and is no longer an effective hero. Probably the second best character (Daryl) leaves the group with his piece of shit brother. Andrea gives a horrible, horrible speech to a mindless group of Woodberrians. What a shitty way to start it back.

he seems good, or by this show's standards not shitty yet, but he's too new to the core characters to be named leader yet.
Episode was garbage. Only component that was slightly compelling was Rick finally cracking under the culmulative pressure of saving everyone's butt's at the end of the episode. The difference in the quality of the show under the original director from season 1, to the crap they are producing now, is day and night.

This show is bad. If I have to watch 1 more scene of Michonne being a stupid bitch, overreacting by threatening someone with a sword, and turning into a fucking mute anytime someone asks her a reasonable question, I'm going to go insane as crazy Rick. Speaking of which, what a laughably bad idea it was to introduce ghost Lori at the end of the episode. She needs to go away forever. And this whole overstatement of what the Governor did to Asian dude's girlfriend is stupidly funny. "You don't know what he did to her." Uh ya we do. He made her take her top off and acted like he was going to rape her. Big fucking deal. It's certainly not something to go all crazy about, but I'm sure they'll turn it into some lame Glen revenge story.
Pretty sure he was still in charge for the conclusion of season 3. I'm fairly confident that the rest of season 3 will be more like the first half. This was a bit of a recap/recovery episode. It wasn't very exciting which is fine since moving forward it should get back to being more exciting. The biggest problem is Ghost Lori. They've introduced her so now they have to deal with her until Rick gets his shit back together which may take a while. Which is awful. Especially since he doesn't really lose his shit until after the prison in the comics.
Carl seems to be the official Protector of the Keys now. Still can't imagine trying to get around in the zombie apocalypse with a 1 footed senior citizen and an infant. Rick needs to get his shit together. Michonne seems to have potential to be awesome but sucks so far. Maybe she'll get recruited by the new head black. 4 star JUCO at least.
