Why nobody told me about new game plus. It's been so long since I've played I'm probably bout to get raped
How will the dlc work with new game plus? Am I about to be a level 50 god mode guy or will they scale it up to my level? Or will they kill my emersion and rank me down to the dlc level?
I bought both expansions for $25. I'm pretty sure that the progress percentage is based on achievements

you need 15000 crowns for the runewords and another 15000 for mastercrafted good thing i have 18000ish
I have right around that. Only played the part were I killed the Toad Prince or whatever. Hadn't played in a while, luckily I had quite the stockpile of bombs. At first I didn't know how to kill the thing.

can someone tell me what new game + is like im five? is it just that you start the game over and have your ending game level with all the good equip you collected in the first play through? what is the point of that, exactly?

I probably sank 200 hours into this over the summer, but my friend has had my controllers the last 2 months. Will be getting them back for new game+ and the DLC.
I beat the game but I didn't make good decisions. I think I got the worst ending. I want to do another new game+ play through but I want to do things differently. I never could manage to get a set of witcher gear, I feel like I could never find anyone to make it, not even the master craftsmen in Crows perch or novigrad. How did you guys build up your gwent set? Just ride around and buy up all the cards from local merchants until you have a solid enough deck to start winning special ones?
You have to do the master craftsmen quests before they make anything for you. Each one has a quest specific to them.
my save currently has the werewolf already dead but howling around. hope they just nuke that final end and rewrite it for another whole cut scene/script

Yeah the second time I figured out I had to kill all the ghosts he made pop up before he could heal himself. Now I'm at the point fighting all the Etherals of Olgierd, I have like 1 swallow potion and have died when fighting the second to last one twice now. Gonna just have to be very patient.
the ofieri shit, even at light armor, is better than my mastercrafted griffin medium armor plus, i got the master runewords RETIRBUTION... gives a 30% chance of returning damage recieved back onto the attack, makes me a fucking ninja. and Spoiler the sword von edric gives you is fucking awesome too too bad im now done with the expansion and everything to do anything. oh well, gamefly til the next expansion
I guess the next expansion where you go to a whole new area will follow the events in the current expansion. The gear you get during this one might be irrelevant now but that wont be true when Blood and Wine comes out. Should be awesome.
Now that Hearts of Stone is available in all regions, CD Projekt RED is working on the second expansion for the The Witcher 3 called Blood & Wine. As the new expansion’s release is still quite far, there isn’t much we know about it other than the fact that it will be set in the duchy of Toussaint and that it may include new horse breeds. As Hearts of Stone includes new enemy types, it’s safe to assume that new types will also be included in Blood & Wine and recently we have received some hints on which type of enemy might be included in the upcoming expansion. Recently The Witcher forums user RedStar105 has asked the community its opinion about the inclusion in the Blood & Wine expansion of enemies that have been mentioned in The Witcher 3 such as Strigas, Manticores, Bruxas and other Vampire types but haven’t appeared. CD Projekt RED Community Manager Marcin Momot later stated that he knows the answer to this question already but that it’ll be some time before he can talk more about the matter. R: I’m talking about Strigas Manticores Bruxas(and all those other vampire variants) there are many that have been mentioned yet do not appear in the game and for someone like me who hasn’t played any of the other witcher games it’ll be fun to see them., do you think they’ll add some of them at least?
