Ben Hartsock really has a problem with the Ohio State situation right now. He’s gone on the same rant at least 3 times that I have heard that it would be the biggest colossal failure in CFB history if they don’t win a title this year. I feel for the guy…he’s really invested in failure for the team this year.

 

This seems over the top.

 

I love the summers so much. This has been one of my favorite ones in a lot of years because of travel, kids activities, tons of golf, lake, etc. However, this morning I woke up exhausted. I’m ready for football season and the fall to start. I still have 3-4 good weekends at the lake left but I won’t necessarily be super sad when they are done.

 

I’ve been thinking more than I should about Master Teague since his Olympics rant.

It occurs to me, has there been a weirder Ohio State player?

We have guys like Schlichter who are pathological degenerates. We have guys like Shugarts, who think it’s cool to wear a goofy hat and drive a trolly.

Not sure anyone reaches Teague’s level.

Thanks Gunners Matt has the fastest LCM time, but that’s only because Marchand hadn’t swim it this year. He’s pretty much unbeatable, they swam each other at NCAAs. Marchand crushed him, Matt was second and third was way behind. He’s still young, and a complete flake. So who knows, but he should final.

Was nice to see the see the other kid I coached, Nic Fink, win that silver. .02 from gold, ugh but an amazing accomplishment. He had 13 world championship medals(they are every year except the Olympics , several world titles. His first Olympic medal, he was sixth in Tokyo. Great kid(i guess I should say man). Oldest guy on the team and a team captain. Did all that while getting an engineering masters at Georgia Tech, and now works full time as an engineer. I only watched it live so I don’t know if he had like one of those backstory things on the primetime coverage. So sorry if I’m repeating things. And his wife is pregnant(who is a gold medal winning retired swimmer)

Oh and he has one relay, possibly two if the put him on the mixed medley to come.
