Think UM already has 9 offensive rebounds. And there was a 10 minute stretch where OSU was 1-12 on FGs, lucky to be down only 5 at the half
Putting the blame on rebounding, our bigs just suck Bradshaw fouled out in like 5 total minutes and Stewart/Evan are undersized and complete zeroes on offense
Eh. We've been doing better in the close games. That was a really good game. I think the result would have been close to similar to Maryland Round 1 if this game happened two months ago.
Still think Diebler is a good coach. Roster construction is bad. We only have one functioning post player. Hoping with a year of experience we can land some veterans that aren’t just highly ranked hs recruits that didn’t produce at their first stop.
I'm definitely warming up to Diebler as the season goes on and the team is improving. As you said...he needs to add a couple Portal bigs for next year.
that's fair. i wasn't really trying to be negative. more speaking to the fact that michigan has made a living pulling these games out all year (this is what, their seventh straight win by four points or fewer?), and we have, until recently at least, fallen a play or two short in a bunch of games the team's clearly improving under diebler and that never really happened with holtmann
Re-watched the 16 minute highlight version of Oregon. That was the Number 1 team in the country that we went up 34-0 on.
Women’s basketball blew 12 point leads in final 90 seconds in b2b games, and you thought Holtmann was bad
I have vented about this before and I hope to god they stop with it. You have to think the school/player can push back on this right? I do not understand why OSU, the player or even FOX would want to constantly present it in that way.
I tested positive for Covid today. I had it a few years ago and it was like a bad cold. I feel like I’ve been hit by a truck
i've been completely healthy for about two days since the semester started just over a month ago. still have a mild lingering cough. the health center here requested that we stop asking students for doctor's notes because they were just inundated with sick kids. it's been an awful season
Thanks. I just don’t know the last time someone I know got Covid I didn’t get the latest booster so wonder if that is part of why it’s so bd
I had it back around the title game. Wasn't as bad for me as it was last time I had it (Rose Bowl vs. Utah). But this variant (XEC is the dominant one right now) seems very contagious. It hit pretty much everyone who had even brief contact with any of the infected.
That is shitty. I hope you start feeling better soon. My family appears to be in the clear. Last week was tough. I’m somehow hanging on despite being around sickness at work or home. I can’t escape it.
