Wait, who’s this??
Mitchell and Teague certainly aren’t fucking around
Owsley ....what is said about this clown...anybody at Bama ever expect him to do anything?
Honestly, nothing. I could see him playing some as an upperclassman depending on his development as Saban loves utilizing blocking TEs, but I don’t think anyone expects much.
Damn shitty end to the season. I really wanted to see history tonight.
Baylor deserves all the credit in the world. They played near perfect ball.
Fewer things more certain than Duane’s confused face showing up in one shining moment
Yeah I know very little about basketball but all of this chatter is a bit surprising to me.
I didn’t know it until today but Baylor’s 7 ft freshman is from Gallipolis (where I’m from). Looks like he only played 1 minute tonight with 0 points but still neat. The southern part of OH is not known for its athletes but I’m hoping Reid Carrico can change that. I guess Burrow did too.
We were a top 10-15 team this year and should return nearly everyone of significance. Not surprising to see us getting title buzz, though I'm not sure the overall talent on this roster is really national title caliber
Sucker, got politiced by bro.
After the Masters, I will cut my cable until football season.
Not an NBA or NHL fan.
I just can't fathom Jones or Lance going ahead of Fields...
The Bengals aren’t even considering Pitts at five.
I am going to be super angry if they pass on Fields for that shithead.
For any of you that are friends with Marcus (in real life, that is ), please send this to him for me. TIA
I have never wanted an OSU player to succeed more in the NFL than Fields.
Anyone drafting Wilson or Jones over him is insane. I want Fields to blow up in the NFL so badly.
Yeah why would they be interested in a generational offensive weapon who could line up anywhere on the field
Yeah I wouldn’t hate taking Pitts even though I’d prefer Chase if both are there. I was only saying that because that’s what Dehner or one of the connected guys was saying last week. They said sources close to the organization were saying Pitts isn’t even on the radar at five. But I have no idea what to believe.
I agree with you on Jones and do prefer Fields to Wilson, but Wilson is a big time talent. He’s got all the tools and he’s a big dude.
I think Jones and Lance are clearly a tier below the big three.
**********Someone Come Up With A Witty Thread Title**********
This guy anything special?
What does our team look like next year? Newcomers? Potential starters?
I think Pitts has a much better chance at being the best at his position than Chase does but Chase is probably a better fit for the offense since he’s more of a deep threat and would complement Boyd and Higgins better. Was hoping they’d take Sewell for the longest time but I’m all in on taking Chase or Pitts now. Better oline than wr options in round 2
Jack Sawyer lost his black stripe.
Not a surprise at all, but hopefully they're putting out a smokescreen. I'm fine with Chase, but I think are guys like him in most drafts. I've never seen anyone like Pitts.
If he's not at least in the front office's conversation at 5, they're even more incompetent than I ever could have imagined.
I wonder if he's gonna be good.
I think so, he has excelled during his time on campus thus far according to multiple Wisemen of OSU Football
WR drops off a cliff after about 6-7 guys.
Nope on this guy.
We do have one really good recruit coming in, a nice Irish lad named Paddy Gallagher. He's a legit bluechip and could wrestle anywhere from 157-174 eventually. Very likely RS next year.
Starters will probably be very close to this past season with the addition of Kharchla assuming he recovers from his ACL injury as expected.
141: D'Emilio/Echemendia (My money on Echemendia)
174: Ethan Smith/Kaleb Romero
184: Rocky Jordan (could also see Romero bumping up here)
197: Gavin Hoffman/Chase Singletary
I NEED this warmongerer roaming the Buckeye defense this fall for the LOVE OF GOD !
Is Eirman and Lee likely to stay at 141?
Eierman is likely to stay at 141.
I'd guess Lee also sticks at 141 but there is a scenario where he bumps to 149.
Better question is if Yianni is at 141 or 149.
Forgot about him.
Would any of that lead to Sasso to 157 and then the two 141 go to 149?
I'm still heated about Sasso's non-takedown against AOC in the finals. Hell, I'm still upset about McKenna's finals match against Yanni.
Going to crack up if the Bengals take a WR at five.
edit: this summed it up pretty well
Bet you won’t be laughing when we go undefeated and win the super bowl!
I'll be crying LOL
I've seen that graphic going around and I don't really get it. The draft isn't one round. I think Wyatt Davis, Landon Dickerson, Alex Leatherwood, etc. are all capable of blocking for Joe Burrow.
From what I've read, it's more that the drop off from Sewell to round 2/3 OL is greater than for Chase to other WRs. However I don't get paid $4m a year to analyze mock draft analysts.
There are good receivers that will be available in Rd2. The issue is that most of them aren't really what the Bengals need. Guys like Rondale Moore and Elijah Moore are slot wideouts, and that's one area where the Bengals are fine with Boyd. If they took Sewell and got Terrace Marshall in the second that'd be great, but it seems unlikely that Marshall will be there based on most mocks. Adding Reiff gives the Bengals a bit of leeway in the draft even though he's not a long-term option and the line still isn't good.
SugarShaun how are you feeling today?
I got my J&J tomorrow at 11:30...worst case I’m in the basement all day Thursday watching the Masters.
Wife had a bad reaction immediately while we were still at the facility. Covered in sweat, burning hot to the touch. They gave her water, had her take off her mask and lie down in a cot.
Went away after 5-10 minutes and she was the 3rd person to have a reaction and need the cot while we were there.
Got home and ate dinner, drank lots of water. She was in bed by like 9. I laid on the couch and drifted in and out of sleep while watching the championship.
Overnight we both had chills and I had awful aches and couldn’t sleep. I moved to the couch at 6AM and finally got an hour straight of sleep.
Tylenol has dulled it at times but bad aches, headache and chills all day today so far. Was really nauseous after lunch but she didn’t have that. She slept a ton today but I couldn’t due to headache.
Really hoping it goes away tonight. Going to try some zquill and see if that helps
But with my shit immune system I kinda expected that I’d have some shit for a day or 2
First night was the only bad night for me after the J&J. It was pretty rough though.
Got the Rona with no symptoms essentially...fully expecting to be on my death bed by midnight now
