Wilson gonna house one this year. Jordan released from the Bengals. Pretty surprising Elflein, Price, and Jordan all suck as pros.
That's a bummer, was hoping he'd stick somewhere. They had him returning kicks, and I rarely saw him get it beyond the 20 yard line (only saw a handful of attempts).
I know McCall has turned from heel to feel good story, but if we see him playing meaningful minutes on Thursday night, that’s an indictment against the rest of our secondary and the recruiting/coaching that got us here.
Yes, i know sir. I was sharing more for the 11W link, but i guess i need to be sharing the On3 links now since AE is no longer an 11W contributor ;)
He's practiced maybe once or twice. He's not going to get any significant reps this year unless we have some horrible QB injury luck.
Why hasn’t he practiced more? I know he’s not expected to play this year…that just seems kinda odd though.
Acclimation period. Plus, he got the playbook with like a week to go in camp. He's just so far behind.
Do you think he’s going to see any time this year? Already thinking Rutgers will have to run every gadget play, fake in the playbook to try to avoid a score that allows Ewers to see game action. I think Day tries to get him into at least 4 games to keep him happy. Same for McCord, but probably less of a priority.
Yeah, I'd speculate later in the year he may get some run in games that get out of hand. Quinn is basically QB3, but for optics Corch Day won't list him above Jack Miller. Miller will most likely transfer after the season. I'm guessing they find a way to get him in four games but still preserve his redshirt.
The NIL free cars have yet to reach the basketball team because I saw Justice Sueing, a walk-on and Zed Key pile out of E.J. Liddell's definitely not new Chevy Equinox this evening. Waited in line in front of my daughter and I for Crumbl cookies. Seemed like good guys.
After all he has been through, it would be amazing if he can stick around for a few years, even if on the practice squad
