All of our top games should be in the 3:30 time slot
No, no, no
Have we ever played Penn State on fox?
Sure abc will put us in primetime for 1 of the Nebraska or NW games and we'll shit our pants
Interesting that we have 2 byes this year, that's nice
I think it is Nebraska's turn to be the team to inexplicably beat OSU by huge margin this year.
pretty sure the JT game from two years ago was on Fox
Pretty sure we played them on Fox the year JT was like 69-69 passing in the 4th quarter
i don't think we're getting blown out by anyone this year. love meyer, but i think there was some wear and tear that was beginning to manifest over the past couple of seasons. iowa and purdue games were products of the resulting slippage. those teams just weren't ready to play at all
We’ve played them on Fox the last three years I think:
'18 and '16 were primetime abc/espn games
Any chance we go after Xavier Peters from FSU?
I think Iowa could have been way different if not for the Bosa ejection. IIRC it was tied, got a 3rd down stop but Bosa got hit with targeting, they scored right after, then a JT pick and another Iowa TD and all of a sudden we were down 14.
The slippage was Schiano and Davis
We had a ton of chances against Purdue as well before things broke like water from a dam in the fourth quarter.
When it was 7-0, we drove to a 1st and goal at the 6 and kicked—7-3.
At 7-3, we drove to a 1st at the Purdue 16, missed a FG.
At 14-3, we opened the second half to a 1st and goal at the 10 and kicked—14-6.
At 21-6, we couldn’t punch it in from the 2 and turned it over on downs.
As bad as the defense was, even a moderately competent running team should have had that game fairly even heading into the fourth.
We had 6 points in 4 red zone trips, three of which had a first and goal.
Would really like to land this kid....
One of the croots I want the most in this class. He’s criminally underrated.
Nothing too noteworthy, but made me remember your post....
On May 14, 2011, the Cleveland Plain Dealer assured us that Jim Tressel had hired the best counsel on NCAA issues (Gene Marsh) and that Tressel had no intention of stepping down.
I appreciate when you guys provide links to Croots.
Upon looking into him a little more, it sounds like Ohio State might have backed off due to getting the kid from Cal.
So if you’re keeping track at home, in year two Holtmann has the program in a position where they could possibly move on from the number 30 player in the country.
Apologies to Pelican in advance for the source of this tweet...but, I enjoyed the content that was pasted within it....
I almost shared that one earlier sir, especially since this thread has needed some bumps/content this week, but just wasn't sure about the collective response to the source. Regardless, i enjoyed the content, as well.
I’d love to see some of their posts from November when Birm and I crystal balled him to Ohio State.
There were some sarcastic posts from PSU fans on TMB around then as well.
Beating hometown school with girlfriend plus a team recruiting better than anyone who recruits WRs better than anyone is pretty fucking impressive, hope it gives us some momentum.
Hamilton Lion is a treasure
Welp, no Zion for the Cavs.

Not sure there's much of a difference between 4th and 9th in the draft but still very pissed. 4% to get a pick that low feels pretty shitty
I just hope CJ Jackson is available still at 11
We offered this kid out of Louisiana today. I think he might be fast.
I love this kid....he's gonna do everything he can to make the most of his opportunity.
Cormontae Hamilton readying body, mind for Ohio State
He’s kind of become the forgotten man in the Ohio State signing class, but Tennessee tight end Cormontae Hamilton has been working his tail off to get ready for his June enrollment at Ohio State.
“I’m getting packed and getting my house settled,” Hamilton told Lettermen Row. “I’m ready for it.
“During my senior season, I was at 263 pounds and I’m now down to the 237. [Tight ends coach] Kevin Wilson told me they want me to stay around 240, but he said that I look great.”
It’s not been easy for Hamilton, who was listed at 6-foot-2 and 263-pounds in his 247Sports.com profile. But it’s definitely been worth it. The future Ohio State tight end is feeling more and more comfortable with his lifestyle changes and thinks it will translate to better outcomes on the field.
“It has been a constant effort,” he said. “I can’t even fit into my clothes like I used to anymore, I have to get a smaller size now. I’ve cut off the junk food in my diet, but I drink juice here and there. Then also my momma makes me drinks/smoothies that are healthy with spinach, ginger, apple-cider vinegar, cinnamon and different fruits in it.
“I feel more explosive leaving my stance and start and running my routes.”
They want someone like Wren or Cooper to go along with Fleming/Scott/Njigba/Martinez (if they'r even able to stretch it to five). Thinking it could push out Drennen but idk.
I think he’s going to be an awesome fit at the TE style H-Back position they ran with Berry some last year.
Do they view Bunkley-Shelton in the same mold as those two, or more in line with the other guys?
Think he's more of a pure receiver whereas Wren and Drennen would be slot/H. Guess they would probably just take Martinez as an ATH since he could also play DB. Kinda doubt Bunkley-Shelton ends up getting in but who knows.
Maybe some shitty tweets will come out.

Predicting the all shut it down for the good guys around that time.
You know who is a pure receiver?
Your mother lol
I don’t know about ‘pure’.
Is Rosemy pretty much out?
Transferred to Kentucky
