If I'm a company that wants to sponsor a football club, you bet your ass I'm redesigning the logo or contracting someone to do so so it doesn't look fucking stupid on a shirt.
I don't like Germany. I'm not sure I have anything against the Slovenes. But that jersey is the no doubt tits.
wba wont announce their uniforms until tomorrow but here is a sneak peak that they sent out for season ticket holders worst sponsor of all time
What is with all the shit tier sponsors? Why can't they just retool their logo to make it look like it wasn't done in MS paint? You never saw companies like AIG putting their shit on a kit without making the background transparent. It looks so much better that way instead of insisting on keeping their shit colors in the logo. For instance: This shit always drives me crazy. Drop the shit background, make your letters white. It looks so much better and doesn't make your company unrecognizable.
the worst are the teams that need money and have more than one ad on their kits herculez gomez's team pachuca's new kits
I don't entirely disagree with that statement because of teams like Red Bull NY. I love the balance and the kit would be unbelievably boring without that. But most sponsors' logos are really obtrusive.
And I love how they had to push down the main logo on the front of the shirt to make room for the other ones. But I'd wear those over that Slovenia looking garbage earlier.
almost all male crowds are the WOAT thing about soccer (obv world cup is different, but watch 90 percent of league matches and its only dudes). and good thing no one has posted the back of jerseys in mexican/SA leagues. they sometimes have 4 or 5 sponsors on the back.
Why are shirt sponsors necessary? Would these clubs go under without them or something? It seems like these sponsors take away from ever having one jersey style as your club's staple, which is just a shame.
It is an additional source of income to the club. A lot of the smaller clubs would be even deeper in debt without a deal.
some teams dont use them (hejduk split, lazio?) and some use charitable organizations (barcelona, burnley and recently aston villa) since theres no commercials in-game like in nascar, they have to get creative to get ad monies
*hits head* I completely forgot about the lack of commercials. Makes a lot more sense, now. Do they ever paint parts of the field, too? Also, even with changing sponsors, is there any club that keeps pretty well the same uniform, just changing one sponsor's name for another? Don't like your new fan of icons, tbh.
i like the white roma's with the yellow strips. looks like the red and blacks are the same. not a huge fan of the yellow with black
no la liga team other than barca and real can get anything right with their kits apparently woat sponsors woat designs woat
