Yeah it would really expedite the rebuild if the Canicks were able to get Dahlin along with the other pieces they currently have. Juolevi has been doing pretty good in Finland and played really well at the World Juniors. Sami Salo has been working with him too, said he needs to bulk up to be an NHL defensemen.

Lightning have had 2 good goals disallowed within 30 seconds of each other. Not sure I’ve seen worse officiating this year

Tyler Johnson continues his resurgence with a hat trick. He's looking like the guy who was a huge part of the finals run in 15 again. He's moved to wing and playing with Point has been a huge help.

Selecting Pacioretty over Boeser is the reason a team ends up playing for bronze instead of gold. He's been terrible this year. I'd also choose McAvoy over Jones. Jones is very good, but McAvoy is a fucking stud.

Definitely, I've been nervous all day thinking he was done for the year. On one hand it's good timing because they have one week off now and the all-star break in two weeks. On the other hand next Saturday they start an 8 game trip and will be without him for all of it. Better than April/May though.
Best timing possible with the two breaks like you said. Honestly we have been playing better on the road this season than at home. More focused. Not that worried about that. Go .500 without him and then heat up going into the playoffs. Most people were speculating we might make a move for a defenseman so it wouldn’t surprise me if yzerman tried to make that move a little earlier now

Yeah we need someone that can move Dotchin down the depth chart. He was fine last year with Hedman but he's been way too up and down this year with more down than up. He's someone that would be exposed big time in a series if he's constantly going up against the top lines even with Hedman.
He seems to be willing to spend the money to get better. I've been to 3 games and it's a really great atmosphere if the team is playing well.
