Already have what like 13 guys on the disabled list? After breaking the record for the most guys on the DL in one year. Maybe the strength and conditioning department needs to be looked at. This is getting ridiculous.
I'm definitely wondering how top-of-the-line in terms of injury prevention the staff is, but by the same token most of the pitchers on the DL were known injury risks when they were signed
Yeah but even outside of the injury prone pitchers there have been an alarming amount of injuries, seems like something could be done to improve injury prevention
part of this DL stuff is strategic, neither Ryu or now Kenta's DL stints would probably happen with another team
The more they get hurt, the more they win. Cool with a split vs. the Rockies, anything more is gravy.
Cubs fans show up and are usually quite loud but they were awful quiet today. Fun to watch them head for the exits early, too.
Ridiculous athlete who is absurdly fast and can absolutely stay in CF. Has legit power but his contact rate is pretty awful. He'll really benefit from professional hitting instruction. Probably gonna have to retool his swing but he has so much talent so he has a super high ceiling. He makes playing CF look soooo easy
this FO has shown they are willing to overlook a high K% as long as they get good defense in CF, I really like the pick. When you pick towards the end of the 1st every season, why not take a shot at a guy some had projected a top 5 pick at one point
He would be the SEC's all time leader in triples if he just didn't hit so many homers Played hockey in HS back in Wisconsin
Didn't get a chance to watch the game but I imagine Hill was whinier than ever. He's difficult to watch with the way he pouts.
