Seriously though Herrera is another player that is a bit of an enigma to me. His second yellow against hazard in the FA cup was dumb but I thought he did a good job while on the pitch man marking hazard for the 30 min he played that game and the league game at old trafford A few weeks later. Not in playing style but he kind of reminds me of matic in the fact that he will play 3-4 games a year where he's the best player on the pitch but then disappear and be average or worse for the next 10 games. If they were 22-23 I would expect them to get more consistent as they mature but at 27-28 like they both are I just don't think that will ever come.

Herrera was fantastic for the most part last season at marking and was generally in the right position. One quip I have with him is he was very rigid, perhaps because that's what Mou wanted from his pivot, but I guess I'll never know.
