Called half the bracket
lot of the comments are calling it fake
what ever happened to the live draw (e.g. pot w/ balls) I know that call still be rigged, but a document seems fake.
Yeah, I feel like most of the "leaks" that come out are usually fake. Except for the one from last year's semis that I think got them right.
I always thought they did a dry run before the real thing?
So does winner of City/Spurs play winner or United/Barca in the semis?
You play Winner of Ajax/Juve
Clearly rigged it for a juve-Barca final
Hilarious that in this “random” draw the 4 clear favorites managed to avoid each other until the semis.
That would be impressive if true. Boring though for no matches to be played
I could’ve sworn that I saw small letters on the outside of theballs being drawn for those favorites at one point
They’ve had previous ex-footballers handling the draw admit to it being rigged
I mean we are talking about an organization with slightly more integrity than FIFA.
Blindfold them imo
Why then in 2016-17 did they drew Dortmund against Monaco and Atletico against Leicester, leaving Bayern vs. Madrid and Juve vs. Barca i.e. the opposite of what happened this year?
Cmon dude, are we going to act like UEFA isn’t corrupt just like FIFA? Too much money to be made
So the former players is a former Turkish referee with no direct involvement in the draw? Thanks
Liverpool got an absolute cake draw to the final.
Oh sorry for not finding the very specific article I read years ago in the time allotment
Yes. They’ll destroy Porto (again) and would much prefer to face ManU/Barca over City/Juve.
I mean you could argue Barca is the best team in the tournament and they’ll likely have to play them before the final if they win. They also played Bayern in the round of 16.
Seems quite ridiculous to say they’ll have had a cakewalk to the final
I would prefer City/Juve over Barca.
Seems like something of that magnitude would be readily available, no? Probably because it never happened.
Well we did have to come through the group of death then Bayern Munich. Barca in the semis would be extremely difficult.
We literally beat Bayern two days ago didn’t we? PSG and Napoli in our group? But a cakewalk
It's quite Livid up in here today.
I’m absolutely disgusted by the lack of respect for the defending Portuguese champions ITT...
I’m not talking about the group stages. And I wouldn’t beat your chest too much about Bayern.
Of course Barca will be difficult. They aren’t the same Barca as they were 4-5 years ago though, and it’s showed in UCL play. I thought Juve were by far y’all’s worst potential matchup.
Group of death is debatable, too.
Love the great take in here that the team that is going to win La Liga isn't that good and the team that is going to win the Bundesliga is also not that good.
So we’re just not going to care about what it took to get to the quarterfinals, and complain about from here on
I didn’t say that about either team, but please continue if it makes you feel better.
Yes, because we’ve already complained about the group draw some 6-7 months back.
In your last 3 posts you've said you wouldn't beat your chest about beating Bayern, and then you try to minimize Barca by saying they aren't as good as they have been despite them moonwalking to the title in La Liga and being the favorite to win the UCL.
Last time I checked, City are still favorites to win. Barca are a great side, but they haven’t been nearly as successful in Europe sans Pep and their core is aging. It’s just stating the facts. And try as you might, no one is going to grovel at your feet for beating Bayern. They played maybe 5 good minutes of football and were outclassed in every aspect against y’all.
These are exactly the points he was making. Well done.
Barca are the only team besides Madrid to win the CL in the last 5 years
Madrid’s had an absurd run under ZZ. But even during that reign, they still only managed one league title.
Yeah, Barca haven’t been the same since Pep left, but they’ve still won a CL title after his tenure, whereas Pep has yet to do the same with another squad.
I think we're all quite happy. It's everyone else who's quite livid.
all this squabbling and zero posts simply showing the draw for a wondering shig to view, I hope you're happy wasting my time with this google search
that was 30 seconds of my life I'll never get back
Why are City favorites if they've never been to a final
