This seems very likely now. Hope to keep Hill for 2 years and spend his max contract on a defensive player during Mahomes rookie contract.
Its too bad we couldnt get a WR on a one year prove it contract. If Hill is gone someome could make themselves a lot of money catching balls from Mahomes.
What’s happening with Tyreek? I haven’t been keeping up I guess. Last I saw he was being looked out for possibly breaking his kids arm or some shit. What a fucking POS he must be.
Way too early to assume anything on that front. Not sure why we can't just wait and see how it shakes out.
Him and the child’s mother are currently in the middle of a child in need of care case in family court in Johnson County.
I'd prefer he trades every pick we have for current NFL players. Last year's draft, in terms of value, was an absolute trainwreck. We were routinely taking guys 20-40 picks higher than we should have and trading up to get guys who were going to get to us. Obviously you can't trade every pick so with those first 3 picks (61, 63 & 84) I'd love to grab a boundary CB and OLB and then any of: LB, DB, S, WR, OL.
well you guys better start stacking picks because outside of the first two rounds this TE draft is trash
If we wanna grab a TE late then that's fine but I'm not too concerned about losing Demetrius Harris. He had to be the least natural pass catcher I've seen since Samie Parker.
Hillary's emails I think it would be a bad move to do this in public if they had plans to press charges. Just a hunch, but think they're going to decline to press and the couple will need to do some court approved steps to get the kid back. We'll see in 40 mins though.
Yep. Probably won’t get cut but you gotta expect a 6-8 game suspension. Dudes a POS. Mind blowing how these guys continue to fuck up and cost themselves millions.
There is no trade market for him. He's untradeable. Teams will wait out until he is cut or hits free agency, then sign him for pennies. Better optics that way for another team to sign him as a "second/third" chance versus giving up a pick or something of value for him.
I wonder what it would take for the Chiefs to trade for Patrick Peterson. Pick 61 and a third rounder next year?
Typically, I would think so. But after the Frank Clark trade I have no idea what NFL trades are about anymore. In the past, it seemed that teams incredibly overrated the draft pick. Solid, proven NFL Starters were being traded for Rd. 4 and 5 picks and it never made sense to me. Then the trade the other day happens and I don't know what to think anymore. Peterson is under contract for 2 more seasons at $11 and $12 million per year.
The draft is sorta going on. He'll be cut before the end of the weekend, or the NFL will advise them to stand still and take this out of their hands. Either way he's never playing another down here again.
Draft much better this year vs last. Not landing a corner is really going to hurt though. Maybe a trade in mind? Idk They need to get a couple upside TE kind of dudes late or in UDFA because the depth chart there is bad.
