Some of has been absurd (Riddick licking his asshole, Teicher for the opposite) but a lot of it has been about right in line. A lot of reports are just dumb fans thinking they are now insiders because they recorded 15 seconds of an open practice.

3. CHRIS JONES, DEFENSIVE INTERIOR, KANSAS CITY CHIEFS Jones may well be the best player in the NFL that no one talks about. Not sure how much longer that can carry on given the level of play he’s demonstrated during his first two years in the league. Playing predominantly inside the tackles, he’s been very solid in run defense (his 80.0 grade ranks 20th among interior defensive linemen) and a force when rushing the passer (83.6 – sixth overall). It’s a difficult combination to combat and leaves him as a top 10 defensive interior player overall.
Our defense is going to be fucking awful but the offense should be a lot of fun. Going to be involved in a lot of shootouts.
After 3 preseason games, it is still astonishing how they felt their big FA acquisition should of been on a fucking wide receiver instead of replacing the #1 CB they stupidly traded......for a bend but don't break Defense smh Bob Sutton should have been fired 8 months ago
Maybe I'm missing something but why would they have had to? He still had time on his contract that was a very team friendly agreement in the first place. There is the frustration from his behavior but it isn't something that can't be dealt with. Maybe his walks next year but no reason at all he had to be traded this year but the fact we traded a top 5 CB that was costing us 1.7m to get a 4th and 2nd (and not a good 2nd w/ how good the Rams will be) is not a great trade at all.

Not a single Tech fan would have traded Mahomes for Baker. Even after both their college careers were over. Kid is insanely talented, a good dude and fun as hell to watch.
I'll gladly eat crow on this one, and have zero regrets about my opinion at the time. But I'm going to wait before jumping into the deep end
