looks like UNC's recruiting at an elite clip on the average so I guess we belong in the thread for recruiting good after all
Teradja Mitchell didn't make his Clemson visit this weekend and isn't rescheduling before he commits.
Eh it was a long shot to get him on campus. Atleast we get six more years of Venables with his son coming to play lb in 2018?
Sounds like it was a great weekend in Athens. https://www.dawgnation.com/football/details-emerge-regarding-arrest-uga-signee-dantne-demerys-arrest
What a fucking idiot Now do the media have to wait for Kirby to address this before they are allowed to ask about it
UF taking the #1 and #2 QB's in GA Franklin (Ga.) Heard County five-star quarterback Emory Jones may be committed to Ohio State, but it isn't exactly a secret that Florida has remained an option. Jones confirmed that during an interview with Chad Simmons prior to Sunday's 3 Stripe Camp stop in Atlanta. "If there was one, it would probably be Florida right now," Jones replied when asked about who his number-two school is. "I've been in contact with them a lot. Coach Nuss [Doug Nussmeier], he came down and saw me throw this past Thursday. I just love what they do on offense. I just feel like they have great coaches who can develop me." Though that is a bit of good news for the Gator Nation, don't put the cart infront of the horse just yet. Yes Jones will take visits this fall, and it is incredibly likely Florida will get at least one, but he said that as of now he is still solid with the Buckeyes. "It would take a lot for me to change my mind about Ohio State. It would probably take like a coaching change or something like that."
It will be interesting to see whether Jones or Fields will be Florida's quarterback of the future. It may end up being a two-QB system.
4* ATH Chase Williams to Corn. Neb putting together a fine class early on. https://n.rivals.com/content/prospects/17329
Looks like the Husks were right, they're picking up CB's for Joshua Moore even tom loy so you know you can take it to the bank
Dorian Thompson Robinson deciding in about an hour is it going to be #Michigan Wolverines or #UCLA Bruins
Not us. UCLA is the Eli Manning to our Tom Brady when it comes to recruiting under Harbaugh. We don't do well head-to-head against them at all.
Announcing, not deciding. The decision has been clear for a while. He and Milton were both in AA a couple of weeks ago, and it sounds like all the effort had been redirected to Milton.
Rusty Mansell (34286) 80 months PM UserFollow User 11 minutes ago 11 minutes ago Reply Quote Board is a little testy and that is part of the business. Some frustration on the Adam Anderson deal. No doubt that came out of nowhere. I have covered him for 2 years now and not once has he ever mention anything about another school. I felt like Chatman, no I know Chatman was going to Miami and he was a separate deal. Something happened I did not expect and that was the Griffin. I should always go by motto, "never say never" in this business. Getting heated over Eason vs Fromm. It is ok to voice your opinion, that is what this community is about. However not going to tolerate going at each over this topic. Not sugar coating one thing about recruiting right now. It is not going well currently. Yesterday did not hurt UGA any with some guys just off early talks I am having. One thing right now that is different is the amount of kids that are not announcing early. Brenton Cox likely deciding this week at some point. Zamir White will decide late June. Then guys like Trey Dean (Maybe June), Joe Milton (Maybe soon). Then guys like Mike Harris, Jamaree Salyer, Trey Hill, Marquez Ezzard, Teradja Mitchell etc are not making early decisions. Going to be interesting around here over the next few months... Just keep in mind, we are going to report what we know, not going sugar coating anything. We stand by that here.. Spoiler
No one really does since he's been playing behind Tate Martell for the last three years. Seems like his rating is more of a speculative thing, but he's really athletic.
He's a starter for the first time this year, but everyone seems to love him based on his camp performances.
