Love watching these games on 1 of the Spanish channels, turning the tv off then coming back later to some ridiculous soap opera. Como dice el dicho getting wild.
I’m ashamed I ever defended them in advance. Fox still sucked but they were somehow better than the shitshow we have now
I honestly didn’t think the coverage could be worse and I was so so so so wrong. It’s astounding how terrible the coverage is. Literally the only good thing about it is Kate Abdo and I think they’re just borrowing her from Fox
At this point I’d love for ESPN+ to get it. They have the overflow and could easily pop 4 high profile matches a week on the main channels. Want anything else pay for +. side note I remember when Fox soccer plus used to show you their feed but they refused to overlay the scoreboard and time.
ESPN+ can just keep adding more and I would be thrilled. I’m excited for them getting Bundesliga. Too bad LaLiga reupped with beIN
Agree. Though I switched providers and no longer get beIN or Univision Deportes. More upset about UD for Champions League
You argued to no end with me for suggesting it would be awful. I still love you brother but that was a bad opinion. I never understood the fox hate.
B/R being completely terrible doesn’t mean Fox didn’t suck. They were still bad and I hated the games that were only on Facebook too but B/R is a new low.
Don't forget they put a bunch of games on FS2 which I think has similar availability to Bein as part of an extra sports package.
Yeah they sucked big time. Yay a game in standard definition on FS2 because hardly anyone gets it HD while NASCAR practice is on FS1
I just don't see how they can't broadcast more games. Could easily show both early games and at least 3 or 4 of the late ones. Or at least allow streaming of the games not on television.
they can - their bet is putting content behind the paywall. I believe they have 4 network channels of significant distribution (TBS, TNT, TruTV, TCM) that surely would outdraw whatever programming they have in the early afternoon on T/W/TH for a handful of days per year. Even easier would be overflow channels online...the infrastructure seems to already be there with B/R Live again just hidden behind a paywall, broken day by either sub or ppv.
I’m very much a fan of what fuboTV offers. It also helps that my old man has a standard cable package so that I can utilize his espn credentials.
I'm really not looking forward to the day where I have kids and they expect me to pay for normal cable so they can use my login. Spoiler I also use my parent's cable login
