I love how oats teams play on offense. He’s also a guy that will get into the weeds a bit too. I think he overshot the level of prospect he could recruit to Bama this year but I think he’ll be pretty successful there.
lots of time to practice dunks when you arent out drinking and fucking
why isn’t devine good at dunking then lol
Do they not review high elbows anymore or just not when playing duke?
They do review boundary calls and apparently decided that an FSU player touching the ball with two feet out of bounds was not, in fact, out of bounds
I mean FSUs poor shooting from three and the charity stripe cost them the game, but you have to atleast take a look at that in a top ten game with 50 seconds left don't you?
We've had guys get kicked out of games for less than that.
Not unexpected though.
Elbow to the face and the foul is on FSU. ACC refs do it 2x in 3 days. They aren't even pretending anymore
Not if your call is that the reason for the contact is the FSU player being in the cylinder or if the ref’s angle saw there being no contact between the elbow and the head
duke homer Jay Bilas was shitting on the call
Yeah ref had a bad angle that's it
You go to the monitor then, they so it all the fucking time. Don't be this shitty stereotypical duke fan.
flip the jerseys and they're sprinting to the scorer's table to see who they finna toss
I'm pretty sure trey marshall got called for targeting on that foul too.
No, the camera shot is a bad angle, or the FSU player is the first player in history to get elbowed in the face and not act like he got elbowed in the face
You mean the camera angle they didn't even go look at?
Your angle is really that FSU got screwed because the refs were objectively correct in not calling a flagrant but should have gone to the monitor to confirm that they were absolutely correct in not calling a flagrant, two possessions after going to the monitor and making an absolutely indefensible overrule that erroneously gave the ball to FSU?
Throwing elbows above the shoulder is legal now apparently. Cool
Back.and to the left
Throw an elbow like that, contact or not you deserve more than a foul. You’re a Duke basketball fan. I’ll go ahead and guess you call grilling burgers and hot dogs a BBQ and you drive a 2WD truck or SUV.
No not screwed
Just reminded of the difference in protocol
We lost because we cant shoot
That's not the cylinder rule
It was a terrible call either way. There is no way that's a foul in the fsu player. At minimum they needed to review the play. While I understand they can't can't overturn the shitty original call, they should have atleast checked for a flagrant. I've already said fsu cost themselves the game by shitty shooting. Acc refs just continue to suck ass and typically in favor of tabocco road blue bloods. And yeah that ball was off duke.
Duke fans are the absolute worst.
Thanks for coming TCU.
Go Shaka so they give you an extension.
Yeah, good. Ok.
Shaka should be fired tonight. Not gonna break 20 points in the first half at home
the one where the fsu player was out of bounds as he hit the ball? or are you talking about something else?
Could have been called a flop on FSU but I don't think I've seen it called at all this year .. even though the NCAA said they were going to
that was one of the worst halves of basketball i've watch all year.
Happened to us several times early in the non-con schedule.
Then it disappeared.
46-point win over TCU
more than doubled their score
Can’t believe you guys lost to them before
lotta words for “ha suck it bitch we won”
why y’all duke fans don’t go full heel is beyond me. Fuck, we sure as shit did when we won in football
#West Virginia Mountaineers #Kansas Jayhawks
This guy sucks so bad
Kinda like that they have to idolize such a dramatic twat
Weird I dont know any bandwagon Duke fans. They're all alums
Our biggest games are on ESPN+
Both KU games
Both Baylor games
Big 12 sucks so bad. That's 4 top 15 games (Baylor and KU) and not on ESPN...it's pathetic
Aren’t they all the same?
Kinda like a cult.
found actual gif of events referred to in tweet
I'd pay decent money to see Stack whoop the shit out of Bryce Drew
This team plays sooooooo much harder. And we run so many more different sets on O and switch defenses
This roster is trash and we're without our best player in Nesmith. Yet we still come out and compete most nights
