I think we will survive
BUT HOW CAN YOU BE CERTAIN?!?!?
How will we ever replace a starter that averaged 8pts 2 reb 2 ast game in 28 mins on 34% from deep and 60% FTs?
He complained all year bc he wanted to be starting PG, but had 3 good games all season
I think you guys misinterpreted the intent of my post tbh, I don't expect this to be a big hit to your program
PLEASE COME HOME KERRY
Big news for bingbing
bertwing, since Hampton isn't happening and Grimes is gonzo I'm guessing KU will go after Kyree Walker if he moves to this years class.
I'm not mad. Just laughing at Grimes being a dipshit
this Philly writer must read TMB
He’s not going to it doesn’t sound like but who knows. Think he’s gonna stay in the ‘20 class because they just got another stud to transfer in the Hillcrest to go along with him and Terry.
Don’t like seeing Meyer flip his CB to y’all though. He doesn’t really have any good info on the situation as he admitted to us a few weeks ago.
He did say he was going to set up some visits very soon with Arkansas and Kansas being priorities, so maybe he’s still trying to squeak it out this summer. Just don’t think he’ll have enough credits to do it
Would also be ok with grad transfer Jaevin Cumberland or Nah'Shon Hyland.
Jalen Wilson is visiting Friday, but is probably a UNC lead since Hampton isnt coming. Also is similar to Tristan Enaruna
If Beilein's former assistant Yaklich goes to Texas, I think Texas is going to have a really good shot at landing Wilson.
Makes sense. Nobody expects it to be us so it doesn't get a lot of discussion.
Xavier Sneed back to Emaw
FWIW we've heard grade issues with hyland and Cumberland is supposedly headed to cincy with his cousin.
Not shocked on Cumberland. Hadn't heard about grades with Hyland. Was more wishful thinking than anything.
Congrats to our Hoos on getting blondie back
Seems like everyone is getting everyone back but us and konate
Don't worry, we lost half our team (including 2 early entrants), our coach, and our top recruit.
We lost our entire starting five again
Javin DeLaurier is returning though
The kid gets buckets but he is high school bingbing with only straight line speed and explosiveness but no lateral defensive quickness. He wasn't ready.
Always tag yourself when given the opportunity.
Always claim you were athletic when you are staring 40 straight in it's face.
This one surprised me a little bit
With everyone coming back there’s an outside chance konate goes in like the third or fourth round now
in the Big3 draft
Trouble on the home front in Lexington!
likely the preseason favorites in the acc
Listening to the CBS cball pod - Talking about ku and De Sousa. Said he should be eligible to play anywhere but kansas. That way you dont punish the kid and dont reward the school for cheating.
That's a pretty good idea imo
not sure how telling a kid he can't play where he wants to would be not punishing the kid
Taking a single school off his options is better than making him fully ineligible and better than schools getting off for blatant cheating imo
i don't think kansas really got off by any means tho
The only reason he's in their uniform is because his handlers were paid for him to be there. And now they benefit from him being on the team. They're getting off plenty.
Shocker a UNC fan minimizes cheating...
It's not a perfect solution, but I think it's a pretty good one.
good one trumy!
they missed a key player for nearly two years and directly suffered for it especially with udoka out.
no surprise you have this opinion about your biggest rival but some of us like myself actually value objectivity. wish i could say the same about you
Lol Missouri is not Kansas rival. More like little sister
yeah good point. most schools arent scared to play their rivals. but then you have mizzou
LMAO of course im paying more attention to it because its ku. I have the same opinions about Ried at LSU, but he's inexplicably eligible to play.
Youre arguing that as school is punished by having a player ineligible that never should be eligible to play in the first place. Outstanding logic and objectivity there bud.
Again, I realize this is an unfixable problem because the NCAA is absurd but I think it's a thoughtful solutions that doenst really punish the kid.
For the record, ku refuses to play Mizzou, but you knew that . Really Self refuses to play, and as long as he's at kansas we wont play in either sport.
empirically and absolutely false but i understand you needing to spin zone that
Pretty smart of self to not destroy his RPI with Missouri. We did it two years ago and even almost lost!
Why doesn’t anyone think of the basketball coaches??
It is kind of a dick move to make a decision a month ago then not tell everyone recruiting him.
He was keeping his options open until it was 100% a done deal. It's no more of a dick move than coaches that pull an offer or give non committable offers.
Yeah because coaches are always super loyal to the players and schools
its still a dick move
ITS STILL A DICK MOVE
He’s like a 17 year old kid dumpy, he owes those coaches nothing
