Also, take Reggie out of that discussion.
in no situation? devin booker
Yeah, he's a career 35.5% 3-point shooter. He doesn't make the top 100 candidates for that question. And that's not an anti-Booker take. It's just not his game.
Why would they include booker and not Klay
no Michael Jordan?
Because any "who do you want taking this 3" question has, at this point, only one objectively correct answer. So put whoever the fuck you want in for other choices, it doesn't matter
I'm probably way late to this party, but I watched some Game of Zones eps on YouTube yesterday and enjoyed some of them. I had always seen the tweets but ignored them because it was Bleacher Report. Some of the early ones are dumb, but I liked the two they've done this year.
here’s something more interesting to talk about than that 3pt graphic
Building Legendary Starting 5s from the Last 50-Plus Years
Oscar Robertson, Jerry West, John Havlicek, Elgin Baylor, Bill Russell
Magic Johnson, Michael Jordan, Larry Bird, Charles Barkley, Moses Malone
John Stockton, Michael Jordan, Scottie Pippen, Charles Barkley, Hakeem Olajuwon
Steve Nash, Kobe Bryant, LeBron James, Tim Duncan, Shaquille O'Neal
Stephen Curry, James Harden, Kevin Durant, LeBron James, Draymond Green
Put Marc Gasol on that team over Draymond and you got something.
Payton and Paul over the whites as well. Not sure who I’d finalize 2010s with for a big, Kawhi over Harden
you give me Steph, Kawhi, KD, Lebron Gasol and I’d take them over just about everyone.
If you include Curry it’s pretty much going to be a requirement to put someone other than Harden at SG because that backcourt is going to get torched on defense
give me paul on the 00s and no one beats them imo
I will not stand for this Nash disrespect
yeah its Ray Allen unless you just started watching basketball in the last 5 seasons
if its on pure talent you have to go with AD
or it’s steph because he’s far and away the best 3pt shooter of all time
he’s not even better than his brother soooo
give me Marc’s size and defense
I’ll take 2019 Giannis and put him at the 5 in today’s NBA because it’s my all-decade team and I do what I want.
How is it that you never tire of shitposting
I get what they're going for in terms of positions and such, but Charles Barkley (who was awesome) can't be on that 80s team over Kareem.
there is a reason why Seth got a Duke offer and Steph had to stick it out at Davidson
Do you think Seth started his college career at Duke?
A career 39% 3 point shooter and never had a season higher than 42.9% doesn’t belong with Steph and Ray.
give me jason kapono
So... in a game? Probably Steph. Just shooting warming up? Give me Klay.
Klay is a robot in warmups and just doesn't miss. I watched him make 27 in a row from various points beyond the arc before a game in Orlando a few seasons ago... I would trust that dude.
The 4 choices should be
I'm guessing you weren't old enough to see him play at his peak. At Reggie's peak, he was the most dangerous 3 point player in the league. To the point of, if you are down 1 or 2 MJ takes the shot. If you're down 3 it's Reggie. Reggie and chuck person were the pre splash brothers.
The player who doesn't belong is going to be Booker. Replace him with Klay or Larry legend.
Correct answer is obviously Duncan Robinson.
I was thinking Durant, Harden or Steve Nash as strong contenders for the 4th slot
I’ll take the guy who has ended 2 different series with a 3.
I surely have no idea what you're talking about
Steve Kerr is the fourth option.
No Big Shot Bob mentions?
kyle korver is the correct option
Honestly, my default answer is klay and i know how ridiculous it is to not pick steph on a list like this
Without even really looking at the tweet choices, Klay was the first person I thought of
Since he came into the league, Carmelo has more game winners(and a higher % made rate) than any player in the league.
Miller is .395 for his career and Ray is .400
1 year ago today
I was so fucking angry.
Wonder how many players on lottery teams were just like, "nah"
